Thor’s Trees Omdömen

Professional company. They are on time , polite and took down a magnolia tree in our back garden also left the space clean and tidy. Highly recommend

I’ve used Thor’s Trees several times over the past few years to keep the unruly shrubs in my garden under control. They’ve always provided a brilliantly efficient service and last week’s visit by Marvin and Isaac was no exception. Two lovely guys - punctual, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They left my garden looking great and even cleared all the leaves. Highly recommended.

We have used Thor’s Trees on many occasions. They are efficient, always on time, professional and competitively priced.
Their administrative department is excellent; always friendly and helpful. From coming out to advise and quote prices to the teams who arrive to tackle the work they are, without exception the best.
Today Chris and Oliver came out to reduce and prune our massive Catalpa (Indian Bean) tree. They did a beautiful job and left the site looking immaculate. As well as that the two guys were a delight to deal with. Thank you so much.

Proper tree surgeons. Used them for my Oak from time to time. Always pleased with the work. Very professional outfit.

Great service as always by Thors Trees had a long chat with Jack re what we wanted doing, this was then double checked by the surgeons when they arrived.
They are such a friendly bunch at Thors and do a great job.
Our garden, our neighbours & house are always spotlessly clean when they finish !

Tom, Mo and Jordan...Thank you. Boys turned up on time, and went over the job with me before they started. Front garden trees and bushes cut and shaped perfectly. In the rear, Blueblossom and fig tree, both cut down to ground level and stumps grinded. A large Apple tree and large fig tree, and smaller fig tree all had their crowns reduced and cut back hard to buds, to encourage growth next year.
Ivy stems/trunks, cut down to ground level and stumps treated.
Cleared and tidied as they worked and everything left clean. Could not be happier, thank you to all the team, including Jack and Louise from the office

We were so impressed with Thor's Trees who handled the trimming of an encroaching tree at our Arts Centre. The team was professional, highly skilled, and efficient, ensuring the work was carried out safely and with care. The site was left perfectly tidy afterwards. The tree now looks great, and the issue is resolved—a superb job all around! Highly recommend their expert service.

Wez and Joe did a great job. They turned up on time, shaped my trees beautifully, cleared up all the mess very efficiently, and gave helpful advice.

Efficient, pleasant, knew their job and enjoyed a little joke.

Easy booking system, friendly office staff and skilled chatty operatives who worked efficiently with no faffing about, they took away all of the debris and left the garden tidy making sure I was happy with their work.

The guys from Thor’s Trees ( in particular Tom and Oliver ) have just successfully completed a big job for us here in our Willesden based garden.
They had to take down a 40 + feet high Cherry tree (overgrown and now showing signs of its age)
They carried out a 5 STAR JOB- highly skilled and very efficient.
They also had to carry out work for us on a 30 foot Laurel hedge growing across the rear end of our garden. It needed to be reduced in height by approximately 6foot and also neatened up.
Again the team skilfully carried out the task. Many thanks to the Thor Trees Team ! Mike and Anne.

Very professional service from Jack and Euen
Nothing was too much trouble. Jack also was very respectful to our neighbour's needs
Left the area totally clear of debts.
This is our second time of using the service and have no hesitation in recommending

Second time using Thors Trees. Both times, very professional service. Organised, communication is good, friendly and took care with the work (leaving the place clean and tidy).

We had two teams from Thor’s Trees remove two large trees from our garden. All the staff we spoke to and dealt with were prompt, professional and really nice to work with.
The teams did a fantastic job removing the trees and grinding the stumps down. Because they had to bring big machinery through the house, they put tarps down to protect the flooring. They also took all the logs/branches and assorted debris away with them, and did not leave any mess behind.
My husband and I are really happy with the quality of work, and would happily recommend Thor’s Trees to anyone needing an arborist or tree surgeon.

Many thanks to Thor's Trees for sending Wes and Olli to trim the front garden tree. They were everything I’ve come to expect from Thor’s; polite, professional, efficient and highly skilled from the start of the job to tidying up at the end.

The tree looks so smart instead of the windswept mess that it had become. Not only has it benefited from their work but the front garden looks great, there’s refreshing light in my front room and I feel uplifted too!

As always Thor's Trees got the job done efficiently, expertly and took away all the debris leaving the garden tidy. The chaps are always polite, friendly and know what they're doing. I have been using Thor's for a number of years now and would highly recommend them.

The whole process was seamless. From a call to the office, a consultation visit the same day, a booking for the next week and a perfect job done. Everything was confirmed by email at each stage. Those attending were polite friendly and professional taking time to explain any options and completing the tasks very efficiently. It’s rare to get such exemplary service and we very much appreciated it. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

They did the job asked of them , were very polite and tidied up afterwards, getting rid of the branches etc. I’ve knocked off one star as I was quoted what I thought was a lot of money but told it would be half a days work for two men . They arrived 30 minutes early and in just over two hours had finished ! Also behind the tree they‘pollarded’ was a lot of ivy, bramble and weeds etc growing. Bearing in mind how quickly they were done I did think it would have been good customer service to cut that down too and get rid of . Would have only taken 5 mins !

Having used the company in the past I was confident in their professionalism
Unfortunately, that was not the case this time
Communication was non-existent
I was misled over timings to complete the job so not able to check the work until after guys had unexpectedly left
Not finished to my satisfaction
Too stressful to have them return
No final invoice/balance to pay etc
Very disappointed

We got off to a good start when Thors were very quick to get someone out to make an initial quote. They then handled effectively the planning application to Camden Council. On the day the two lads arrived on time and just got on with it, working hard throughout. They did exactly what they said they would do and cleared up nicely. They were nice lads who were very polite to my elderly mother whose house it was.
