I was told that termination fees with…
I was told that termination fees with my previous supplier, BT, would be paid. After accepting Think it Simple's terms and setting up account I was told my BT contract termination fees could not be paid as my line was a residential line and not business even though the line is solely used for business purposes.

Great service when I received a call from Think to discuss…
I received a call from Think to discuss how I could save money on my bills. After reviewing with the Account Manager Alex, who was very understanding of my position he assured me that there would not be a cost for leaving my previous supplier. I then talked with Stanley in the Legal Dept and he helped me through the whole process so that I could fully understand the way the financial implications worked. He was extremely helpful and thorough and therefore I did not have to pay any money to enable the changes to happen. Great service with a truly human touch.

I moved to Think it Simple and was hit…
I moved to Think it Simple and was hit with a huge termination fee from BT - Think advised they could deal with this for me and I wouldn't have to pay anything - they have stuck to their word and I am very impressed. Would recommend to Think to anyone.

I HAD TO MOVE MY CONTRACT FROM PREVIOUS…
I HAD TO MOVE MY CONTRACT FROM PREVIOUS SUPPIER WHO WAS CAHRGING ME MORE FOR MY SERVICES AND THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME £1800 FOR LEAVING THEM EARLY BUT THINK IT SIMPLE HELPED ME AND I DIDN'T HAD TO PAY ANYTHING.

Polite and understanding representatives
After reviewing my current provider I found that Think It Simple wasn't significantly cheaper as we won't be making any out going call from our business that can't be done on our mobile phones. So I decided not to move but I found that the rep from Think It Simple remained very polite after I probably wasted a fair amount of their time. I would definitely consider them under different circumstance.
