Purchased a genuine Ex-MOD Landrover…
Purchased a genuine Ex-MOD Landrover bottle jack from Xmod. Just over an hour later got an e-mail that the item had been dispatched from their Scottish base. It arrived 23 hours after purchase in Manchester. Brilliant service and lots of e-mails keeping me well informed and tracked as well.
Item is as new, really pleased with it. Price way cheaper than anyone else as well. Will use again for more Landrover parts.

Outstanding Customer Service …and I live in the US!
What an amazing, amazing team. They have well described and useful products. Fast email response and timely in their follow up if they didn’t have the information right away.
By phone as well. Gordon and his team will answer the phone and they are pleasant, jovial, and eager to earn your business. It’s something I have seen lacking here in the last 10 years in the US. This idea - that the customer is what makes the company thrive. There is no shortage of desire and happiness to help with this team.
Lastly, they insured they have the product I was inquiring about and that it was as accurate a description as provided. They didn’t want to waste my time and they expedited when the order was placed. It was shipped fast, no delays, and an excellent packaging, therefore no damage would occur.
Probably my best experience ever in overseas procurement from a simple blue-collar employee who needed some help.
Trust them purchase from them! I do and I will again in the future.

The team at The Xmod are great, from the order to devilery. Not the chepest but the best! All the goods i have ever had from them over the years they have never let me down. All kit is tit top and normally NOS so basically new.
