I recently placed an order, and unfortunately, it didn’t align with my expectations. While the quality itself wasn’t necessarily the issue, the overall style of the pieces wasn’t a good fit for what I was looking for. As a result, it didn’t feel like a worthwhile investment for my needs, and I likely wouldn’t reorder similar items in the future. I’ll be more selective moving forward to better match my aesthetic and customer preferences.

Definitely do not deal with this company. The products that I received were not even close to the picture or description – low quality, broken, and definitely not “grade A” as they claimed. The customer service was unresponsive when I asked for a refund.

De verzending was redelijk snel maar ik heb geen enkel item gekregen waar geen gebreken aan zijn. Ook bijna alleen meer zeer grote maten. Niks van wat ik heb ontvangen ga ik kunnen verkopen, wat betekent dat ik €120 heb betaald voor niks. Ik raad het af hier te bestellen. Ben zeer ontevreden.

Put in a £372 order for online belts and I was sent a pile of rags fit for the bin. Company wanted me to pay for return postage, consumer act says if an item isn't as described the company has to pay. Had to do a bank charge in the end. Disgraceful order. Wish I could share photos to show you what we received!

Ordered 10kg Mixed vintage, received 30 sheer tops all very similar, 5 pairs of jeans and 2 leather jackets, one of which is trashed. Unresponsive to emails.

I had a terrible experience with this company and I absolutely do not recommend dealing with them. I ordered what was described as Authentic Vintage Icelandic Sweaters. The description clearly stated that they were vintage, sourced in Europe, and made of wool.

However, I received 10 sweaters, 8 of which were pure synthetic and made in China, I contacted their customer service via WhatsApp asking for a refund. They told me that I have to return the parcel at my own expense, which is against the law since the information on their website was misleading. I am not obligated to pay extra for a return shipment that would cost almost the same as the product itself here in Switzerland.

They ignored my messages even though I contacted them several times. I have full photographic evidence of the products I received, as well as screenshots of the product description before and after my complaint - the description was changed after I contacted them.

Bought the premium 5 garment box worth £100. all I got is a Champion Jumper, Champion Hoodie, 2 Wrangler checkered polos, and a Chaps polo shirt. Nothing premium to it! Stay away and don't get scammed!

Habe ein Bundle Packet bestellt. Zuerst wurde es nicht ausgeliefert,da eine Nummer vom Zoll gefehlt hat obwohl vorher versprochen wurde,dass alles dabei ist. Sachen angekommen mindestens 15 von 50 dreckig oder kaputt obwohl ich GRADE A bestellt habe. Auch eine Einigung konnte bis jetzt nicht gefunden worden,da ich keine Rückmeldungen bekomme. Das geht jetzt schon seit 3 Monaten. Ich werde jetzt mit dem Anwalt vorgehen. Kundenservice 0

I purchased the 'vintage wholesale Icelandic sweaters' in May, and they were awful - I'm talking all synthetic, dirty, and more fairisle STYLE, rather than Icelandic sweaters. I emailed to clarify that I had the right order and to question the state of them, and never heard anything. I'll be lucky if I break even from the order.

Do not waste your money!!! Terrible service and poor quality clothes that are falling apart and smell.its been 3 weeks and still no response to my email for a refund or exchange. They are frauds

Holes in the shirts, missing letters, dirty.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered a kilo stock of football shirts, which according to the description and terms & conditions, should consist of Grade A and Grade B football-related items.

What I received, however, was a mix of clothing including basketball jerseys, motorsport gear, and other unrelated items — very few were actually football shirts. When I raised the issue, I was offered only a 50% credit, despite the fact that the items were not as described.

I tried to resolve this directly but received no further response. Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this seller altogether.

Definitely not worth it. I ordered 20 Levi Shorts and 20 Dickies shorts, both were supposed to be grade A. The Levi shorts are NOT Levi shorts, they are jeans which have been cut (poorly). They are not cut straight, it doesn’t look like they’ve even tried to cut them straight. Of the 20 pairs, 5 of them are stained / have holes or would require work. A margin of error of 10% is acceptable, but 25%? I haven’t even got to the dickies shorts to check what they’re like but honestly I don’t have high hopes. I have told them I want to return for a refund so let’s see how long that takes to sort

Jeg har aldrig i mit liv handlet med så useriøst et firma, som vitterligt bare snyder folk. Jeg købte to bundter tøj: det ene en børnetøjbunke og den anden en bunke med Levi’s bukser (med fejl).
Jeg bestilte dette den 29. januar 2025. Den estimeret leveringstid ville være mellem 15. Til 30. marts. Marts kom og gik og jeg modtog ingenting. Det var en lang kamp og få kundeservice til, at svare mig, og det var egentlig først da jeg lavede en dårlig anmeldelse her på Trustpilot, at jeg fik et svar. Bundtet var på vej og de vil ikke annullere min bestilling. Jeg modtog i forgårs, den 19. maj, det er første bund tøj. I pakken lå 50 t-shirts. De skulle være i børnestørrelse, men otte af dem var voksstørrelse fra medium til ekstra large. Derudover var der huller og seriøse pletter på 12 af de 50 t-shirts. Allesammen pletter og huller som gør, at man ikke kan bruge tøjet. Jeg kontakter igen kundeservice. Denne gang er de hurtig til at svare, men fralægger sig alt ansvar. Ifølge deres købs politik er det åbenbart hvad man kan forvente. Jeg stiller gentagne gange spørgsmål i forhold til, hvorfor jeg modtager voksen tøj når det er børnetøj jeg har købt. Dette bliver der ikke svaret på. jeg spørger også til hvordan det kan være, at der ikke er et eneste velkendt mærke blandt tøjet. I beskrivelsen på hjemmesiden står der, at man kan forvente mærker såsom Levi’s, Tommy Hilfiger, og andre eksklusive mærker. Jeg var godt klar over at det naturligvis ikke ville være et helt bund fyldt med de mærker, men der er ikke en eneste af t-shirtene, som har en værdi på over en dollar.
Jeg spørger også ind til dette i min mail til kundeservice, men svaret er igen bare, at det er jo det man kan forvente.
Det andet bund er endnu ikke sandt, og jeg har derfor bedt om at få annulleret min sidste del af ordren, da jeg på ingen måde tilfreds, men de vil ikke annullere da der er gået mere end 48 timer siden jeg bestilte det. Der er ingen menneskelighed i kundeservice, de arbejder bare ude for en politik der siger, at de skal have folks penge koste hvad det vil. Jeg vil aldrig anbefale nogen at handle her.

STAY AWAY FROM VINTAGE WHOLESALE

DONT BUY! I ordered a mix of 100 Carhartt Dickies and recieved 5 carhartt and 95 dickies, I returned it to them per their request for a refund and have been chasing for weeks messaging for my money back and have not yet received my money. They had confirmed they have recieved the items on the 1ST OF APRIL!

I ordered 2 things, 1 x 10 vintage hip hop baggy jeans and 1 x10 vintage Levi’s denim shorts. The “hip hop baggy jeans” show Carhartt, Calvin klein and other sought after brands in the item photo however not one of the pairs of trousers are a brand I recognise and two of the jeans have the labels cut off so you have no idea what the brand actually is. The “vintage Levi’s denim shorts” are NOT shorts, these are clearly just grade B or C levi jeans that have been cut into shorts (badly I might add) not one pair of jeans has an even cut.
