Kamran was brilliant and made buying my Sprinter such as this one a total breeze. The Van Sales Company really feels miles ahead of any other dealership I have used ever. I am proper happy with the service and the new van!!

My husband bought a car from them today, traveling from the north east, heap of junk didn't even get him back home!! Broke down on the motorway it's going to cost over £600 to repair it! Been in touch and all they would offer is a £200 refund. I wouldn't recommend them completely disgusted in them, avoid at all costs.
Looking in to legal advice as they have refused to take it back or pay towards the cost of repairs. We know how much it's going to cost to repair as a mobile mechanic stopped to help yesterday and has given this us this quote.
Yes it's a second had car, but I don't think it's unreasonable to expect it get you home. Nor in my opinion it it acceptable for it breakdown two hours after you buy it.

The van we bought was due a cam belt change and we had to pay extra to get this done.

The MoT was carried out but was delivered with advisories.

We had to return the van to get these items done. It was returned with a scratch on the drivers door. They denied it was them.

Overall, the van seems ok, but the niggles spoiled the experience.

Bought a mini from this company went to look at it got there he told me engine management light was on(which was not stated in advert) told me how great the car was how well had been looked after from previous owner,he also stated car had been plugged into see what fault was and it was just an oxygen sensor needed replacement so I bought the car took it home drove it for a week started to smell exhaust fumes in the car while driving loud clunking when turning to the left checked oil etc car was dry, took car to garage
Has major engine fault
Oil leak
Oil sensor doesn’t work
Tie rod end and bushes gone
Oh and the icing on the cake the catalytic converter so now I have no car and out of pocket over 700 pounds car had to be scrapped due to works needed costs over 2000 pound

Great service from kam and his team enquired on a van spoke to kam gave me a full video call around the vehicle before I transferred the money and then delivered the van as agreed and was I shocked was even better in real life even gave a full tank of fuel will definitely be coming back to this company honest genuine people which doesn’t come around very often 🙌😀

Went down to look at a Citroen Berlingo, but once their, actually changed my mind. Dougie was brilliant, he took the time to listen and understand my requirements, then shown me my new van. He even ran around taking measurements and comparing vans to ensure it was right for me. Took me out so I could drive it first, never any pressure for the sale, just open and honest chat all the way through. Then dealt with Kamran regarding the sale. Totally brilliant again, with no pressure or feeding us rubbish. Gave me a great trade in deal with cash for the van. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys, no shady sales techniques or pressure at all. First time i was buying a van and was dreading it if i'm honest, but these guys blew me away with how easy it all was. No stress, no pressure, no worries. Kamran got me in my new van and on my way home in around an hour. Brilliant experience from start to finish. Loving my new van from them, its a belter. Will be using these again if I ever need another van, and will certainly be recommending these guys to anyone looking for a van. Brilliant!

Spoke on the phone this morning, said I was travelling over 2 hours to see a Vito. Agreed a price, asked if there was any issues to which I was told none. When I got there after the 2+ hours drive, the opening line was ‘let me start with the issues’! So the van had no MOT, described on the website and eBay as ‘full MOT’. Scratches, prangs, bashes and handbrake that’s comes off completely when you pull it. I walked away of course, after the phone calls and 4+ hour round trip this is not something I love to do on my day off! I could have my day and fuel back if the salesman on the phone had been honest in the first place, how hard is that?
