My over all experience was great but had subpar shipping
My over all experience was great. I loved the prices on the shop and everything else. The staff reached out to me before shipping my order to inform me about a mini I had order that was broken and they gave me a chance to swap it out with another one. The biggest let down was when the package arrived. The box it was sent in seemed very used already with some tears in it and the packing was not great. Everything was laying on top of each other on top of the packing peanuts with a bunch of bubbles wrap on the bottom and one sheet on the top. Some of my minis arrived broken but I could fix them myself. It's seems it could of been avoided with a little more care in the packing though.

Glad to hear your overall experience has been good.
With the packaging, we do not reuse cardboard boxes, as with the natural of international shipping boxes have a high chance of getting damaged.
With the internal packaging, its always a difficult balance between how much packaging we put in the parcel and the more we put in the box, the large the parcel gets.
Certain miniatures are more prone to damging, with flight stems, however glad to hear you been able to fix the repairs.
