My order of squiggle napkins and tablemats arrived and they are stunning!! The design looks even better in person. Also customer service was amazing, Great service and fast shipping!
Super ! The products are super, packaging super cute, love the cotton bags for each items that makes the difference.
Customer service excellent, they shipped me a tablecloth and napkins wrong color. I didn’t had to shipped it back. They sent me the right one and left me the other set as a gift. Chapeau !!! Definitely I’m a satisfied customer !

Napkins are very very nice but please be aware that anything you order will result in a large customs bill! I spent 240 pounds on napkins and got an 86 pound customs bill from Fed Ex!

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review and for sharing how you felt about your experience. I’m truly sorry that the import charges came as an unpleasant surprise — I completely understand how frustrating that can feel when a parcel arrives.
As a very small, independent EU-based brand, I wanted to reach out personally to explain the situation, as it’s something that is sadly outside of our control.
Since the UK left the EU, UK orders are handled as imports, which means VAT and any applicable duties are charged by the courier (in this case FedEx) according to UK regulations. These fees are set by the UK government and collected directly by the carrier — we don’t receive them, and we unfortunately have no way of influencing or removing them.

Duties and Taxes
VAT is included in all prices during checkout, but import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included. You will be responsible for paying these at the time of delivery.
Your order will be shipped using the DAP (Delivered at Place) service, and you may be contacted by our courier to pay any additional duties, taxes, or local VAT on arrival in your country. We have no control over these charges, as they vary by country. It's advisable to check with your local customs office before ordering to avoid unexpected charges
That said, I completely appreciate that it’s easy to miss, and I truly sympathise with how disappointing it can feel — especially when ordering from a small European brand you may not shop from every day.
Because we are a small, independent company, reviews mean a great deal to us. A one-star rating has a real negative impact on our little business, and I just wanted to gently share that the charges themselves are the result of current UK–EU trade rules, rather than our service, values, or the care we put into what we do.
If you feel that our product, communication, or the way we handled your order fell short, I would absolutely want to hear that and learn from it. But if the review was mainly based on the import fees, I would be incredibly grateful if you might consider updating it to reflect this context. We have gone to great lengths to have a transparent wording about this on our website to avoid exactly this situation ❤️.

Absolutely stunning and unique pieces for table setting, the quality is also great. I got a set of 6 placemats in different colors and patterns but same base design and I always get so many compliments for the styling and unique design. I ended up getting so many more napkins in different colors to mix and match with. From hating setting the table this is now what I look forward to the most when having guests over for dinner!
