The SUP Company Omdömen 

I ordered 2 pairs of neoprene leggings (wasn’t sure on size) and a dry bag. Everything was dispatched very quickly and I received my items 2 days after purchase which was great. Keeping 2 of 3 items (all performed very well on a SUP day last weekend!), I need to send one of the leggings back - too small - a bit of a pain having to pay the return postage, given the amount spent overall, most companies now offer free returns. Just seems a bit unfair because I can’t be expected to know exactly what size I am in every brand, and charging for postage sometimes puts me off buying from smaller companies. Only bought on this occasion because I couldn’t find the mystic leggings elsewhere.

Super efficient service and very informative website which helped to choose the right board for our family. This is our second paddle board from the Sup Company and it arrived within a day of my order - good experience all the way through.

The guys and gals at The Sup Company were so helpful when choosing my board. Having done two training sessions on a Redpaddle 10' 8" that was my intended Board but there was going to be a wait until it was back in stock. So instead the guys recommended the Fanatic 10' 8" premium which they assured me was equally as good. Having now used my new Fanatic I would recommend it more highly than the Redpaddle. Great advice and quick delivery.

Very quick and easy order, was here 2 days, and my longboard is beautiful 🤩 love it so much and i am sill alive without any broken bones. Recommend and will order again.

Brilliant and honest advice, the SUP arrived promptly and when promised. I can’t speak about the board as I purchased it as a birthday present for my daughter and it is due to be given to her next week.

When contacted I received prompt replies. From dispatch I could track every movement and it arrived very quickly! Have since had my new board out and it is everything I hoped for and more!!

Ordered my Fanatic 11.6 Ray air Pure, delivery was next day perfect. The board is everything I wanted its stable, speed is smooth with Manoeuvrability is great. It takes around six mins to pump manually which is great for a warm up. Another bonus is the paddle floats which great when I drop it.The product is well made and I am very pleased with the board. Would definitely recommend this product.

Fantastic company. Item I ordered was much cheaper here than elsewhere. It arrived two days after ordering even though I only paid for regular delivery- I fully expected it to take at least a week. Item was nicely packed, (although outer packaging was slightly opened but it was delivered by dpd so not royal mail so a bit safer). Item is excellent quality and I'm super happy.

What a wonderful experience!
Five of us had a 2hr course with Angela.
We learn’t various manoeuvres,paddled along way down the canal,played fun games at the end of our adventure.
Angela was extremely patient teaching 5 giggly ladies.
We had an absolute blast thank you!
We’re coming back for more,booked an hour of fun on the water with Angela today,can’t wait!

The paddle arrived within a couple of days as promised. Unfortunately the SUP Co had sent the wrong one. I phoned them and they checked my order while I was on the phone, apologised for their mistake and arranged collection of the incorrect paddle and delivery of the correct paddle the next day. Really efficient and friendly service.

I used the paddle this weekend and it worked well, light, easy to adjust, folds down for transporting. Comfortable in my hands. I like the environmental ethos of Starboard and the litter picker attachment is a great little extra. This paddle is a real improvement on the cheap paddle which came with my board (fixed length, heavy, uncomfortable handle).

My SUP arrived the next day and I'm delighted with it.
I haven't paddle boarded before and found the assembly very straight forward - I like the click-in fin with no screws.
The 'Yarra' board was a manageable weight to carry and felt comfortable to use.
I'm looking forward to many happy paddles!
