What has happened to the Sun app?before it was so simple to get your news on a morning but now I've had to search for my favourite news sports etc I'm not impressed so unfortunately I've had to uninstall it sorry but its too much messing about.

Well having competent web site techs, ability to respond and review instead of hiding behind mail ins so your woke little sensitivities don't get bruised. Awful. Not only is the actual paper unreliable when it comes to facts and basically an opinion rag, the website is ridiculously hard to use, adverts every 2 seconds constantly redirected to the top of a page, literally all I was trying to do was buy something through a sales link, so I suppose at least they saved me money 🤣 completely useless as a newspaper, website, even basic sales seem beyond them. Poor show old chaps

Absolute rag of a newspaper, is this where failed journalists end up?

I’m giving this two stars because, while the site technically works and you can eventually read what you came for, the overall experience is honestly quite frustrating.The first issue is the website itself. You’re hit with a wall of pop-ups the moment you arrive, and it feels like you’re being pushed either to accept every cookie under the sun or sign up for some sort of paid option just to get past the ads. It doesn’t feel especially user-friendly, and certainly not respectful of people who just want a straightforward reading experience without having to dig through settings.The second issue is the content. Even when you do get through to the articles, much of it feels rushed or overly sensational, with headlines that promise more than the story actually delivers. It’s not completely unusable — some pieces are fine — but the consistency simply isn’t there.Overall, it’s not the worst publication out there, but between the cluttered website and the uneven quality of the reporting, it’s hard to justify sticking around when there are plenty of alternatives that don’t make reading the news feel like a chore.

Absolutely useless website!! Cannot read anything without adverts and pop ups. Avoid til they go bust and get what they deserve.

Cannot enter their webpage unless you pay for subscription to remove the ads preferences or forcing to accept all cookies? What a cheap company.

After contacting the Sun because an online story was inaccurate I was connected to Olivet Norton who I found aggressive, uninterested and very Egotistically uninterested about this issue of false reporting. I have raised the issue with the Advertising Standards Agency. Why we believe what they publish without clarity is ridiculous indeed and brings their reporting into question ?????? I hope the advertising standards agency fine this awful publication.
