Terrible communication

It was a terrible communication. I needed to cure the functioning of the digestive system. The second time, the doctor sent me herbal tea, after starting to take which my digestive system stopped work and my knees were swollen. As a result, I was unable to continue to intake it (money was paid for herbs, consultation and delivery). In this regard, she said that the herbal supplier sent the wrong recipe, and if I want to get a replacement for the wrong herbs sent to me, I will have to pay again for consultation and delivery of herbs. In addition, she said that in general it is better for me and my health to be treated by another doctor.
As a result, I had to refuse "her help", lost confidence to her and now I'm restoring the health on my own.
There are no prices either on the website or in the report, it does not give access to financial information (i.e. if you need to change a credit card, you must send the card details by mail to the doctor) that such attitude towards the business indicates the incompetence of its owner and non-compliance with the generally accepted privacy policy regarding the storage of customer information GDPR. In addition there is no any license on the website which confirm validity of doctor specialization

Awful treatment service

I made an appointment with Anna at her clinic for an online consultation in order to cure problems with breathing, the vegetative-vascular system and teeth.
Before the consultation, I described all the symptoms and my illnesses point by point by using special form.
During an online consultation, the doctor ignored my dental and vascular problems. When I reminded about the problems she said that these are not so important.
At the end of the consultation, she said that breathing problems can be easily treated, but under certain conditions the disease can return.
After the consultation, the doctor compiled and sent me herbal tea, which should help me to cure my breathing problems.
After taking tea according to a given recipe, after two weeks I lost all my energy and my state of health rolled a few steps back
compared to the state in which I was before going to the doctor.
It took me several months to get back on line according to my condition before I visited the doctor. I regret that I spent my time and money on such treatment.
