The Rug Seller Omdömen 

The rug is lovely and as described on the website (I had seen one in the flesh before ordering but the website had a fair representation). Ordering was easy. Delivery was a bit vague but it worked out absolutely fine.
However this company have a major marketing email BOMBARDMENT policy. Since ordering I have have sometimes 3 marketing emails in one day despite unsubscribing almost immediately. How many rugs do I order - about 1 every 10 years so this is completely pointless. I will have to block them soon if they don't cease and desist and I will be reluctant to order from them again - in 10 years.

I have been patiently waiting for this orange coloured runner to come back in stock . So happy to see it had and with a discount.
This rug is exceptional quality and the design climbing Jaguar is so eye catching .
I am delighted . Might consider another one in the future!

Great product good price speedy delivery A*

I have ordered in the past 2 beautiful large cream wool rugs.
I required a small rug, I do receive regular emails from them with offers and such like, I ordered a small rug which was washable, I received what looks like a bath mat in white, yes white, with a rubber back, it’s a bath mat, for £24 74, if I wanted mat I would have gone to IKEA which are much nicer and cost 1/4 of the price,
Im so annoy, I’m spitting feathers. I’m now having to go through the delightful procedure of returning it.

It arrived within delivery slot. Excellent. I love it. Better quality than expected.

I now have three rugs that I have brought from the rug seller,they are all of really good quality nice and thick.The colours on their webpage show the true colour's.Ordering and delivery was excellent and rugs were really well packaged.
I will definitely recommend this company and order more from them if I need more rugs.

The rug I purchased was very disappointing, it looked absolutely nothing like the photos on the website. The rug I received was thin and sparse but it was shown as a thick and durable rug. I paid 59 pound and could get a rug of similar quality for less than 30 pound. I would not have written this if the seller had given me a full refund including postage but they said there was nothing wrong with it. I beg to differ it was not of the quality expected and in my book that is worse than faulty.

I cant give a review as we still have not received this item! I think it is the delivery companies fault not the Rug Seller but they are so hard to get in touch with. I have told them the days our clinic is open and they even came and tried to deliver and sent us a photo saying they could not find us. The photo showed the back windows of our clinic!!!! Please use delivery companies that can see or read emails when you update them!!!!

Ordered for christmas after not liking other rug i bought from a different company. Arrived one day after ordering and what a beautiful rug it is.
