Paid for express shipping - took 7 days .. product is not “ tough “ but basically a fluffy stuffed toy - lasted less than a day before it was destroyed.. total rip off company !
Avoid at all costs

The product I bought was absolutely useless. When I asked for a refund, as per their "refund guarantee", it was like pulling teeth. They would offer various and unacceptable discounts to keep the item over 2 weeks. I repeatedly had to request an immediate full refund, and eventually had my request honoured. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES would I recommend people buying from this dodgy company!

The worst company i have ever dealt with in my very long life.
$85 paid to them, on August 3 2025.
They sent wrong size of their choice, their fault. Replacement was to be sent.
It has not been sent yet as then fullfilment team cannot decide what size to send.
So they have sent nothing despite me providing measurements, photos and 15 + emails the have still not sent this and seems they never will.
The emails are exactly the same automated reply and with the same excuses
And 32 days later tbey have still not sent it.
They refuse to tell me when it will be sent, if it will ever be sent and ignore any requests for a full refund despite their website offering this option if you are not happy for any reason we will refund your money.Not so.
With no end in sight because the cant decide what size to send, what hope is there.
Incompetence, sparse replies refuse to answer my questions just pfaff on deflecting, refusing to tell me when or if it will ever be sent.
They will not refund
They will nót send item,
But are more than happy to keep my money.
No, that is not happening because that would be fraud.
With other review sites showing 48 % negative reviews i do not recommend dealing with this unprofessional and now it appears dishonest? Company.
Just send my harness.

Their unbreakable toys broke within a minute, their money back guarantee is false! They have offered 30% back for 2 toys, 1 is still in tact as i grabbed it before that was destroyed.

Bark Free device for Dogs was purchased to deter next door neighbors dogs from incessant barking. The unit was to be installed on a tree above the fence line. The operating guide shows that the unit cannot be installed over 1.97ft or 60cm.
The operating guide also states that the product is not suitable for multiple dogs and the neighbors have two dogs.These two points are not listed the websites product description. I have contacted the relaxing pets via their contact form and email & have received no reply. Their website states 30 days money back guarantee no questions asked. All I'm hearing is crickets.......

Will not refund money paid for an item that was not in stock. Only found out that the item was not in stock when they were queried about dispatch time as the postage was express. They have been kicking this can down the road claiming their accounts team are “on it like a seagull on a chip”. This has been going on for 4 weeks now. Absolutely appalling customer service.

I wouldn't consider buying from a company that sells "training" collars that cause pain!

AI had my old address and I cannot contact this Company over the phone to give them my new address for delivery. What now?

I wouldn't have even given one star!
Deplorable business that I cannot believe are still operating, despite their dishonest dealings; stealing 'customers' money by offering no refunds with no exceptions whatsoever. Even when item was not delivered. Their customer service is non existent despite their dishonest claims to the contrary!

Will be taking this matter further with the appropriate authorities.

UPDATE: This business will only give me a refund on faulty goods if i remove my negative review, I have started the process of formal complaint with Fair Trading, faulty goods should be refunded without bribes or conditions attached, I will come back here for a further update AFTER I have received my refund, if no refund reaches me then my review stands as one star negative but if they do the right thing I will amend my review !!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS, there website says they located in MELBOURNE VICTORIA AUSTRALIA, but here at trustpilot it’s saying they are in USA and my order coming from BEIJING CHINA, EMAILS I SEND THEM ARE ALSO BOUNCING BACK AND THEY REFUSE TO RESPOND EVEN ON SOCIAL MEDIA. They are a SCAM, I ordered nearly 1 week ago and it’s still in BEIJING CHINA WITH NO TRACKING UPDATES AVAILABLE.

On 8th Oct 24 I ordered a dog bed . On the 19th I received a tracking number for shipment . 19 days later there still had been no movement . I have sent repeated requests asking for a refund on 1/11,5/11,8/11, and 18/11

In each case I received variations on the reply below . As yet I have no dog bed and no refund

I have a 6mth old Jack Russell pup, very strong willed. We live on a large property that has heavy trucks coming & going. Bella began chasing the trucks and nothing I did could break her excitement and make her stop. Naturally I was afraid she would get killed.

After being totally honest a number of them are now purchasing this collar.

Use this collar correctly, watch a number of E collar training videos and you will never look back. Your dogs will be better behaved, happier because they are not being told off, or punished and you will be happier too. Nothing like a happy well behaved safe dog to make your day.

I don't usually do reviews, but in this case I totally had to, because I see so many owners struggling to control their dogs. This collar changed all of that for me, I reckon it will work for U too.
