Reviews are really bad but Martin and ryan really put my mind at rest and helped arrange a new supplier for me.

Had a unexpected call from martyn, was a bit dubious but after he explained everything he helped set my accounts up and made the whole process very simple.. thank you for your help

This company are absolutely disgraceful, avoid avoid avoid.

Upon being mis-sold a contract, by The Redwood Group on behalf of YGP, I now cannot get through to anyone in this company to speak to them. The lady I’m supposed to be dealing with is Fiona, (the head of Energy?), who is repeatedly ignoring my calls and emails. Today I’ve been told that Fiona is on annual leave, one minute they don’t know when she’ll be back, the next minute she’ll be back on Monday…

We have now requested a deadlock letter and have involved an Ombudsman. Surprise surprise, we haven’t received this yet and most likely, we won’t hear from them.

I’m disgusted that they’re happy for people to become ill cover contracts they’ve scammed them into signing, I’m appalled at their “customer service” palming people off, and from the look of other reviews they do this to everyone they come into contact with. Utterly disgraceful.

Still no contact from this company, emails still being ignored. Can see I’m not the only person this has happened to.

I spoke to valda on Monday to do an Erroneous Transfer and they said yourself would have to ring to cancel the contract. I have emailed multiple times to ask of this has been done

They spam called my business up repeatedly for hours, claimed to be our landlord and then instructed a staff member to say they owned my business while they recorded her, and proceeded to change my electric provider WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, I am now tied with some company worse still NOT IN MY NAME but attached to a staff members personal bank account AND THEY WONT RESOLVE !!!!
Totally and utterly the worst company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with
I have now contacted the ombudsman

Hi Carly, There appears to have been a complete mix up as per your conversation this morning with Josh. Regarding the conversation to set this account up last week, you did confirm the details to Joshua that you were in fact taking over the business and you did agree the contract. However, we have contacted Valda to look at getting this cancelled off for you.

Be warned of this company they miss sold us gas and electric in 2022 and we managed to stop the electric going through when we saw the prices were wrong but stuck in a fixed term gas contract paying double the going rate. They are crooks.

Well what can I say after about 30 different calls from different suppliers ripping me off this company and John mckendrie blew the rest out of the water. He's went above and beyond he's job by helping me and sorting my energy supply out what a nice fella. Gets a 5 star rating from me. Highly recommend to anyone

After taking out a card reader with this company and finding it unsuitable for me after about a week I called them to be passed on with let me get someone to call you. Didn’t happen. I have since managed to call and speak to someone to be told let me see what I can do and call you back. Again didn’t happen. 2-3 week later I called again to now be told that I would have to pay almost £200 to leave them now as it’s after 14 days. On top of this the £1 a month charge is now £16 a month. Not very transparent and feel robbed by this company. Well done. Money for nothing. A & S Travel
Reply to the redwood group. I had already spoke to world pay and they gave me the information needed. I was advised to speak to you but was so arrogantly told that world pay would take direction from you and you would not class being miss sold this machine as a valid reason so would have to pay anyway. The machine it self does what it’s supposed to but no where near what was sold to me on the phone. Also getting in touch within the 14 days saying this machine was unsuitable then bizarrely not being able to get back in touch until after the 14 days had passed is just a coincidence. Hmmm. As I said great work.

Service was excellent, helped me find the best deal for my electricity and helped with all the information I needed, I would recommend theredwoodgroup to everyone

Had a cold call from this company made me believe they supplied my late fathers building and set me up in a contract with Valda energy for a property that’s not in my name, they had the wrong business name wrong address and I’m in this contract for 3 years. No on will help on the phone or by email. £1200 taken from my account and my next bill 7 days later £1400 do not trust this company

Got call from Keighlie she was very friendly helped me sort out my Electric and got me a special offer on a new high end Card Machine. Cheers...

Helped save a large amount on our energy, broadband and phone bills. This is huge for a small business like ourselves. Communication with the team was excellent, helping me understamd how much of a saving i would be making and throughly explaining what I would be getting for my money. Thank you.

3 new card machines for my trucks, fast payments and a good connection, changed from sum up. Happy!

I took out a card payment machine for my business in July of this year and was told it would cost me £14.75 per month as an offer that was on at the time. It was a lady who sold it to me but since taking out the machine the cost has been well over £30 per month and past 2 months has doubled to over £60. I am really not happy as I don’t take many card payments and have been completely miss sold by your company DO NOT USE EVER!!

Absolutely over the moon with this company, they have helped with with my business broadband and mobile phones and saved me a fortune. Would highly recommend
