What I like about the website is the engineering detail enabling informed decisions about the product you are buying. Oh, and the service is faultless as well!

High carriage charge for single items…
High carriage charge for single items but delivery on time, on the right side of nominal dimensions and well packed. It is also good to deal with real people by email.

Svar från theplasticshop.co.uk
Thank you for your review, Geoffrey. We understand your concerns about our flat-rate delivery charge of £16.63+VAT. To provide some context, the actual courier cost for your item was £18.28 + VAT, (which doesn't include packing materials used). We strive to keep carriage costs as fair as possible, often only charging a contribution towards the actual cost. Wherever feasible, we refund the difference if our charge exceeds the actual cost. We’re glad to hear your item arrived on time, met your dimensional requirements, and was well packed. It’s rewarding to know that our direct communication via email added value to your experience. We're committed to continuous improvement and looking forward to serving you again and aiming for that fifth star next time!
