Placed order online filling out all my address details. Got an email to say my order had been dispatched by DPD. DPD then email me to say item delivered to my neighbour 3 doors down, strange as I am working from home and my direct neighbours have also been in all day. Pop around to pick up my parcel from 3 doors down to find they are not in. Wait until they got home to only find out they have not taken a delivery for me as a) not been home all day and b) have a different name to what DPD advised. Too late to call the pipercross shop so sent an email asking to check where the delivery was sent as I think its an incorrect street. Email reply in the morning to tell me out of their hands as DPD have delivered my parcel and to call the local depot. They had attached an image provided by DPD of the garden for where the dropped off the parcel. This was completely different to my neighbours garden! Not happy with the email reply picked up the phone. Told the same thing, check with local depot we could call for you but due to cyber Monday could be waiting for DPD to pick up. Advised I was not happy to chase DPD as I believe they have delivered to an incorrect street. I asked if the person who sent me the email has even checked the address details before responding which the chap I was speaking to could not answer. He checked my address with me but came across a bit strange when confirming my postcode. He said he would look into things and get back to me. Four hours later no call back so picked up the phone again. Spoke to a different chap and explained someone was looking into my missing order. Placed on hold for a few mins, once they cam back I was just told another item will be sent with no update as what had gone wrong. Next day DPD send another email to advise they will be delivering my parcel. DPD driver hands me my parcel to advise I have just picked up a parcel with your name on 3 streets away! Thanks pipercross shop for getting a replacement item sent out so quickly but before responding to emails please investigate what the customer had asked. This could have saved me and your staff a phone call and also just advise what went wrong its obvious someone miss keyed the postcode on the delivery instructions, mistakes happen.

Update, Pipercross are now saying even though they manufacture the filter and give it a lifetime warranty that actually they will not cover it being faulty as the company I bought it from no longer sells Pipercross.

We have discussed this with one of our sales reps here at POTN and it looks like you have only ever purchased a cleaning kit from us - not the filter
We would be happy to offer a warranty exchange for a brand new new filter but unfortunately, as no proof of ordering or an invoice was provided from us, we are unable to help
Just to reiterate, we are NOT Pipercross manufacturers and traders themselves, we are a reseller of theirs so we are unable to honour warranties for orders that are placed through other resellers

No product out of stock update with pipercross purchase. I have ordered the product and have to wait 4 to 6 weeks. The point is that the sale status to order is out of date. I wrote a message about sending my parcel as soon as possible if it is available !!! I hope that I will receive it ...
