Very helpful over email, very quick delivery

Firstly I received my air filter the day after ordering it , which was great. It was very well packaged and like always a really good quality product from Pipercross!!

Easy to find the correct filter for my vehicle. Delivered quickly. Simple to fit.

Really good product works well. Only problem I have with the delivery service is that you don’t have any average delivery time listed on the website so you can prepare something if you’re not home, you are literally told “it’ll be delivered the next day”, and you only know that once it’s been dispatched which is a bit of short notice. But other then that still a good product.

Ordered just before lunch on Wednesday, delivered on Thursday.
Fantastic service, and a 5% discount too.

TERRIBLE! Zero starts if was available. I will never use Pipercross products again and advise anyone against using their products. My Pipercross air filter disintegrated after 18 months with parts of the element sucked through the intake resulting in a motor that now has an unstable idle and miss firing. The warranty replacement procedure is worse then shocking, I was told by Pipercross manufacturing customer service I had to wait for Pipercross to make the filter. I am still waiting for a new filter 4 weeks later. For this reason I had to buy a new non Pipercross filter as I couldn’t wait any longer so now I’m out of pocket. Pipercross manufacturing customer service department is not doing the company any favours. Dealing with them was slow with basic questions requiring days before you received an answer. I still don’t know what the tracking number is for the replacement even after multiple emails. I am questioning if the replacement filter was even sent at this point.
Be very wary with the Pipercross product, not only will they not replace the filter under warranty but you’ll wait so long you’ll have to buy something local anyway while you wait. If you are lucky this will be the worst of your problems. Like me, you may be stuck with damage engine internals due to their poor manufacturing. Out of pocket potentially in the thousands! You’ve been warned.

Edit: Please read Kyle’s 1 star review on the 18th September 2020 as he has the same car as mine (current Mini). Kyle’s car also required repairs due to filter failure. Pipercross denied liability. Obviously there is an issue with BMW/Mini’s new B series motors and Pipercross air filters.

Quality product. Easy to use site and fast delivery. Everything you could want. Got an air filter for my bike. Definitely nice sounding induction noise from the air box.

Don't use DHL company anymore. they themselves have notified customs. now I have to pay 22€ more. 8€ for VAT and € 14 to DHL for management fees.

I purchased the viper induction kit over a week ago, still haven’t received the product and after emailing haven’t had a response.
