Test equipment that I ordered arrived…

Test equipment that I ordered arrived promptly. The product was as described and fit for the purpose required at a cost 50% less than that paid for a similar product at a high Street pharmacy two days previously.
After sales service appears to be genuine and efficient.
That has to deserve 5 *.

Very impressed with customer service.

Unusually for The Nutrition Store my delivery was going to be a day late but customer service were responsive and proactive and I was contacted by email to be informed of this delay and was told when I would receive my order. Very impressed with this committment to customer satisfaction.

Excellent Overall

Excellent company with good range of products at reasonable prices. Easy to order online with communication from them about delivery date/ times. Will definitely order again off them.

Fantastic company to deal with!!

This was my first time to buy from this company. It was all very simple and hassle free. The customer service recieved from Daniel was 5star. I will be back to buy again in the future and would highly reccomend to anyone!

Delivery is super-speedy, efficient and as an online customer, I've received personalized follow-up from the customer service team. Which I didn't request or expect, though welcomed!

Exceptional to deal with

I have dealt with Nutrition Store past year and they are so easy to deal with and navigate the website and the delivery time is exceptional. The are very competitive on their pricing and that is why I originally dealt with them. I have no complaints with them and would not hesitate in recommending them
