Welcome to The Mortgage Centres, where we’ve been helping the people of Suffolk with arranging their mortgage for over 25 years. We pride ourselves on delivering a localised service, through our network of branches and 14 advisers who have an in-depth knowledge of the local housing market. As well as helping the people of Suffolk we have also come to help people from all over the country. Distance is really not an issue as we never compromise on speed of service or efficiency. We offer mortgage products from the ‘whole market’ and we are specialists for residential purchase, remortgaging, first time buyers, buy to let mortgages, equity release and much more.

First Class Service

I recently renewed my mortgage and as always I received excellent service from Roger at the Felixstowe branch who I have been dealing with for a number of years now. Always helpful and has good advice to offer, I cannot fault the service from him and his team

Calvin was brilliant from start to…

Calvin was brilliant from start to finish throughout the process of obtaining my 2 mortgages. Calvin kept me & my husband fully updated with developments & went through everything clearly. He was always readily available to answer any queries we had. Would highly recommend The Mortgage Centre to others, 10/10 from us! 😁

James was amazing ! Not a straight forward case but he went well above and beyond our expectations! Answered all our questions ( and we had many) and more importantly we are now month three living in our dream home x

Effortless renewal

Needed to remortgage as our current term was up for renewal. Kate did everything for us and we switched over to new rate effortlessly .

Excellent service from Dave Marcer

Dave Marcer from start to finish was exceptional. I had debt and not the best credit and he managed to get me a mortgage straight away. unreal service and worth every penny. will definitely be back. Chased our solicitor for me and got back to me instantly. I completed on Friday great service. - Dave owens

Brilliant Service!

Excellent Service. Highly Recommended
I dealt with William Holden. I can’t thank him enough for what he did for us he was very helpful, friendly, polite and honest. Everyone at The mortgage Centre in Ipswich are nice and polite.

I needed a self employed remortage

I needed a remortage as a self employed person, David was excellent and processed everything for me just before the new year. He knew exactly what to do with self employed mortgages and made the process very simple.

I have used Lee for my last 4…

I have used Lee for my last 4 mortgages, including a remortgage and buy to let purchases. Lee has been available and responded to any questions or queries quickly and simply. Lee has found us the best deals and enabled us to progress with our plans quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Lee and The Mortgage Centre for any mortgage needs.
