The Mortgage Brain Omdömen

We had a wonderful experience with mortgage brain. Since we were FTB we had lots of queries during the process. Our mortgage advisor Thomas Denmead has been really helpful in clarifying all of them and guide us through each step. Your support made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

We have reached out to the Mortgage Brain regarding mortgage advice and first time buying a house. We have been looked after by Rhodri and Freya, and both have been extremely helpful in the process, even though the house purchase took longer than expected. Rhodri was exceptionally quick and concise arranging for mortgage in principal agreement with good rates offer. Both Rhodri and Freya were exceptionally good at communicating with us and keeping us in the loop throughout the whole process. We will be back in contact in the future!

Louise was so quick and helpful, we are first time buyers and didn’t understand everything but she took the time to make sure we did, always had quick replies to any questions and made sure we had what we needed as soon as she was sent it.Louise even rang us to update us on her day off of work to give us the good news,Highly recommend.

Our journey started a year ago. We can not thank enough, Louise Onn-mortgage advisor for her valuable advice, availability at all times and transparency throughout the process.

I was an IFA for many years and I know how hard this job is but Kirstie not only did a floor-less job for us she also made it feel stress less too. I would highly recommend her and I have done so already. Thanks Kirstie and the team.

Kirstie David has been superb throughout this process. She has taken significant stress out of dealing with mortgage lenders who are not always the most forthcoming and ensured that good progress was made throughout.

Louise Onn has been amazing throughout the mortgage application. Options were clearly explained, she ensured we understood everything and worked hard to get us the best deal. Would highly recommend

Mortgages can be a difficult and stressful time, especially in the current climate. Having Kirstie David as your mortgage specialist is one thing you can truly rely on. She is exceptionally responsive and maintains clear, timely communication throughout the entire process. Kirstie takes great care to understand her clients’ individual circumstances and consistently provides a variety of solutions, even for the most challenging mortgage situations. Working with her significantly reduces the overall stress of the process, as her professionalism, expertise, and dedication ensure everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend her services without reservation.

Anthony Barr has helped me secure a mortgage for my first home. As a first time buyer I had very little knowledge about the process, Anthony was very kind and patient, explaining each step and what I could expect to happen. He contacted me regularly to give updates on where we were and has made the whole anxiety inducing process much more bearable. I am very grateful for all of his advice and guidance and very happy to recommend his services to anyone wanting a mortgage

I have used Anthony Barr to sort out the mortgage on my new property. He has been so incredibly helpful and even when I needed to move the mortgage from my property that fell through to a new one, not only did he transfer it but he was also able to keep the same lower rate from before that isn't even available anymore! Fab work from him.

The Mortgage Brian - especially Tom helped us get a first time buyer mortgage and truly made the process easier!

He answered all our questions promptly and was patient during the stressful short deadline!

I 100% recommend the Mortgage Brian :)

Mortgage Brain helped us find a better mortgage deal, which played a key role in finalizing our new home with Miller Homes. I highly recommend Mortgage Brain to others as well. You can relax while they patiently do all the work to find the best interest rates from different banks. They continually check for better products and ensure you get the most suitable deal.

Thank you so much for your help — I truly appreciate your service and absolutely loved the experience!

I could not recommend the mortgage brain highly enough they are very professional and understanding. My experience was of the highest standard and Anthony and Kulvi are the nicest gentleman I have meet in a long time. The communication was incredible and nothing was to much trouble.

Louise was brilliant, as clueless first time buyers, she answered every silly question we had and kept us up to date with our mortgage process. We also had help from Gary with our insurances and he was great and very informative. Wonderful team and would 100% recommend!

We would 100% recommend the team at the Mortgage brain, Ian and Anthony have been fantastic from the start. Very patient and knowledgeable from the start, keep us calm during this very stressful period. Thank you again!

Louise at The Mortgage Brain is "one in a million". She was tasked with finding a very difficult mortgage for me and came through with speed and efficiency. She took everything in her stride and when most would have given up she kept going! I would recommend her to anyone who wants a trusted advisor at their side in what can be a very lonely and worrying period when getting a mortgage.

As first-time buyers, the mortgage process felt incredibly daunting—but working with The Mortgage Brain made everything so much easier and far less stressful than we ever imagined. We can’t recommend them highly enough!

A special thank you to Tom, our mortgage broker, who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely reassuring throughout the entire process. Tom explained everything clearly, answered all our questions (no matter how small), and made sure we always felt informed and confident in the decisions we were making. It really felt like he was on our side the whole way through.

We also want to give a shoutout to Keith and Jarod, the insurance brokers, who were just as supportive and professional. They helped us get the right cover in place without any pressure, and their friendly, straightforward approach made a huge difference.

Thanks to the whole team at The Mortgage Brain for making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. We’re now happily settled in our new home—and we couldn’t have done it without you.

First class service from Alison. She walked me through the whole mortgage process with sound and practical advice and made the entire application and approval process seem very straightforward. She and her colleagues kept me informed throughout and I would absolutely recommend them and use them again in future

Jake was first class from the very first day I met him onsite at my very first appointment with the developer, right the way through to the end of the process.
It was good to be able to have a face to face discussion and very quickly, Jake had options in front of us as first buyers.
Jake knew our previous situation and was able to provide us plenty of information and more on the next steps. Jake also kept us in the loop of the additional products and services that TMB could offer, for which we actually took up some of these options.

Our experience with The Mortgage Brain, especially with Simon as our mortgage advisor, was absolutely outstanding. Simon’s professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made a huge difference throughout our mortgage journey. He was always available for any questions we had, responding promptly and providing clear guidance every step of the way.

As first-time buyers, we faced uncertainty and some doubts about securing a lender. However, Simon’s expertise and confidence reassured us that it was possible, and his support truly lifted our spirits. Thanks to him, we found a lender quickly and without much stress—he really was our superhero during this process.

We are incredibly grateful for Simon’s continuous support from start to finish. His dedication, knowledge, and friendly approach made this complex process much easier and more positive for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon and The Mortgage Brain to friends and family who need a trustworthy and committed mortgage advisor.

Many thanks to Simon for going above and beyond for us!
