Quick and professional service.
I applied through the website in October to get the loan but all the rest of it was managed via email. Sounds strange but it was actually all good.
Whatever time I sent an email for a query, I always got a quick response.
Overall, I got the money very quickly once I provided ID, and then paying back was done automatically each month.
I paid the loan off early via bank xfer (only method accepted) but I was guided through it all by the polite and professional customer advisers via email.

this is an unfair review. Someone or yourself completed a loan application with your name, address and full personal details, we completed a search to establish affordability, as a responsible lender. When you emailed us, we informed the credit agency that this may have been a fraudulent enquiry so please leave a review for them as we have complied with you request.
Also, we have never and will never "order you" or use "Bad Words" so on this point that is a lie.
Please contact the credit reference agency for help
These companies say they will get you a…
These companies say they will get you a loan, even if you're unemployed but what actually happens is, you fill the form in time after time and every time you wait to see if you're accepted it just automatically passes you to another company. Today iv filled in about 6 forms and every time I'm just passed to another company so do yourself a favor. When they say 'we can't offer you but maybe these can' just leave it because you'll just ruin your credit with all the hard searches and you'll get copious amounts of emails and texts, calls from people who probably already know you won't be accepted.

I'm sorry we couldn't offer you a loan today and that in the current climate it looks like none of our lender partners could help you. Most of the searches that are done when you complete an application are soft and if you get a text or email stating "we couldn't help you but maybe these can" we are only trying to find you a facility when others can't. As i said, sorry that we couldn't find you a loan, but it looks like we tried our best to help.

Chris was happy to help, received replies via email within 5 minutes (give or take). Sorted me out within 30 minutes due to requiring further details. Great service, 10 out of 10.
If I require another loan in future they’d be my option. Highly recommend.
