Over priced!
Over priced!
Didn't accept other places/companies sold exact same products a lot cheaper.
No specific company mentioned by myself.
Maybe they need to do some research before throwing random prices about.
Maybe look into how social media works, making public posts advertising items £15 - £20 more than average is obviously going to attract attention 🤦♂️ especially from people who can see how greedy it is. Instead of acting like a bunch of childish amateurs and blocking me, why not respond publicly and explain what makes your items better than others even though they are the exact same 🙄
Poorly managed company
They may have some "happy" customers but unfortunately the customers weren't aware of cheaper prices elsewhere for the exact same items.
Instead of putting your overhead charges onto customers by increasing your prices, use some common sense and look into buying stock elsewhere 🤷♂️
Maybe still in the early stages of being in business, it shows!
To anyone looking into purchasing from this company I would advise doing some research first, I guarantee you will find the same items cheaper within minutes of looking. 👌

This review has been left after he tried to advertise other companies on our Facebook page leading to him being banned from the Facebook page and now leaving us a 1 star review.
Our prices aren't random, we consider the costs of being a legitimate registered company that has to pay staff wages for sorting the items, tax, VAT, postage and still make a small profit which is all considered within the price we sell for.
No company will allow you to post comments advertising others so I'm not sure why you've taken that point. We have 1000's of happy customers happy with our prices for the exceptional service they receive.
We purchase directly from LEGO, so please tell me how people can buy them cheaper legitimately. Unfortunately independent retailers don't get the same huge discounts on their wholesale orders as the likes of Tesco and Argos.
We've been in business for over 10 years so certainly aren't new to it 🤣. You're entitled to your opinion but you're not using our platforms to advertise other companies. It's not childish to block you on a business social media page, it's not a fan page.
We don't make anyone buy from us it's their choice and they make their own decisions. The same as its yours not too. Good luck with your new person you're purchasing from. We'll carry on giving our customers the amazing service that they've been receiving for years.

Unfortunately demand and availability mean that some prices of individual Minifigures are more expensive than others. We do try to offer the best prices possible, as well as offering 10% reward points on all orders of you create an account and very generous discount codes throughout the year.
