Absolutely AVOID AVOID AVOID my parcel arrived later than expected and when I opened it it was empty - we’ll I say empty it had a tiny plastic box which was in three pieces and three cards asking for a review so I hope they like this one. I asked for a refund and was told that as the parcel was delivered (EMPTY ) it was up to me to contact Evri - even though the consumer act 2015 clearly states that it is the sellers responsibility to make sure the parcel is delivered correctly so I say again don’t waste your money and AVOID AVOID AVOID

I'd read poor reviews about the company, but went ahead and ordered a lovely jewellery set. It arrived quickly and is good quality.

Under the Consumer Rights Act you are entitled to a full refund after 30 days if the trader has not delivered on your order. If the trader does not refund you, contact your bank and raise a dispute and your bank should be able to refund the cost of your order. If you need further information on options, google Trading Standards in your area and contact them. You have rights!

I ordered a silver bangle from them on 21st November. This still has not arrived, and I have had no replies to multiple emails I have sent enquiring about this order.
Awful customer service, and clearly a scam site.

I am writing this so no one else wastes their money. The quality is absolutely terrible, the bracelet should have cost £2.50 not £250. I also lost my bracelet (eventually after it had snapped and fallen off almost every time i wore it) just like the other reviewer has mentioned. When it first happened, I sent the bracelet back and they accused me of ‘abusing’ the bracelet. Horrific company. Steer clear.

I bought the same diamond rose gold braclet twice after losing the first one. The second one also has now been lost. I dont think they are good quality fastenings and do not recommend and will not be buying again.

I ordered my partner a pushing present. I ordered a silver necklace but instead was sent gold (I have my order email as proof of this)
I emailed the help email about fixing it and sending a correct replacement necklace.
I got no reply, so tried the IG account. Still no reply. I then sent another email asking for a response and to fix the mistake they made on their end. I’m still waiting for a reply to that one.
I would not recommend using this company at all, because if anything goes wrong with the order all you have is a help email address and clearly they don’t reply to emails that come into that inbox.

Order 2 months ago and heard nothing, ignoring my emails. Avoid at all costs

I ordered and paid and have been trying to contact this company who only can be contacted by help email which they seem to ignore.
Wish I had seen these reviews as wasted time and money to these tossers.
Am awaiting a reply and will keep trying. They are not getting away with this.

Ordered over two weeks ago, not been delivered or had any emails about it. They don’t reply to emails that have been sent. Absolute scam. Don’t order!!!

I don’t know how to reply to the comments but definitely a sent email address to the one on your website with no reply, no Royal Mail email and no confirmation email from the company. Still wouldn’t recommend 🙂

Think twice about buying from this company!
Bought a heart necklace for my granddaughter’s birthday in October but had to return it. Disappointed with the quality. Very dull and not shiny as shown in the pictures. Could have bought better in my local supermarket.
Requested approval to return which I got straight away then absolutely nothing since. I have sent 3 complaint emails and have not received a refund or any contact at all.
I don’t like to give negative reviews but I have no choice in this occasion. Please don’t fall foul of my experience. Extremely disappointed and annoyed.
ADDITIONAL COMMENT 17/12/22: Just received an email with a loyalty code telling me to treat myself!! The very cheek of this company. I have still heard nothing at all regarding my return and complaints. I know they’ve been contacted by Trustpilot as they asked me for more information to send to the company. Fat lot of good that’s done. Disgusted.

I ordered a necklace over about 9 days + ago - no item received and no response to my emails and can't find a number to contact them, it was supposed to be a Mother's day necklace so I am VERY upset and disappointed. Just hope it arrives/they respond - will update!! Order 14720

I recently bought a necklace for my mum and some earrings for myself and we both love them!
They arrived quickly and well packaged and they were beautiful :)
