Delivery OK
Ordered the lightbulbs on the 2nd, received on the 8th which was as expected, so prompt delivery. Seems a pity having to order on line from a company that is locally based which used to have a trade counter.

They sent the correct goods promptly, but what really counts is the quality of the website, how easy it is to find what you want, compare specs etc, and the quality of the product information. All pretty good.

Great customer service
Phoned for advice as to where to find what I was looking for on their website. Very helpful. Great service. Very quick delivery. Arrived within 2 days of ordering.
I did think the postage was high, that cost the same as the two bulbs, but needed the bulbs, and did receive a great service.

Great company. Had LED candle bulbs 60W dimmable bulbs!
After our local electric store closed down, I could not find anywhere LED Candle bulbs, 60W (8W) in warm light AND dimmable. The Light Bulb Company had them, delivered quickly and they were well packaged. The bulbs seem good quality and are actually brighter than the ones they replaced. Really pleased, and will use this company again.
