COMPLETE SCAM.

All his reviews are fake. He doesn't sell any football shirts. I'll be taking this up with my bank and in court. He told me I'll get my tracking number then he blocked me. I ordered over a month ago. He's in trouble now.

Ordered 2 months ago no goods no refund no explanation no communication....very very poor. Think I've been robbed...

Ordered 17th of August was sent no conformation, still haven't received order. Contacted them via Instagram, even sent photo of payment taken from my bank, was told they would look into it but have heard nothing from them for 2 weeks

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered about 4 weeks ago, nothing. Contacted him, told me to contact another page… asked for tracking number then never replied again. I wrote again, he said ‘sorry mate’ and asked for tracking number again but still not heard anything. He takes your money and fobs you off until you just let him get away with it by not taking it further. Not happening this time ‘mate’.

Ordered on 12th August second time of having problems the guy gave in and gave me a worst Netherlands replica tracksuit as a sorry after 4 months thought if I order again I'd be more of a priority seen as how bad they were first time round but just as bad if not worse not getting any response on insta or the emails the Jersey man. Just scams unless they have to respond to you

Top is great and good quality delivery took a while but overall worth it for the price

scam i ordered 5 weeks ago still nothing and when i ask for the tracking they say that there is a delay and they take like 5 days to answer their messages

I've ordered 5 times from these guys now and every time the quality of product I receive is brilliant. A great community also and I love their tiktoks!

Ordered 2 shirts in March, its now September and still nothing. When i contact him he just says its ‘delayed’

Wish I could give lower than 1 star. I have been waiting 6 weeks for tracking details, let alone my order. I have politely contacted them via their preferred channel -Instagram - no fewer than five times. The only responses I’ve received are to blame the supplier and to tell me to check his reviews (oh, the irony). I’ve also politely asked for a refund 3 times and been ignored each time. Just appalling customer service and simply hasn’t delivered what I paid for. I would encourage everyone to avoid this site like the plague - you will lose your cash and 50/50 chance your product shows up, but you’ll certainly have to deal with the shady, dismissive attitude of the owner.

Scam! Do not buy! Ordered over 4 weeks ago. Asked for tracking details, did not provide any. Then deleted me on Instagram the only way to contact.

I ordered my shirt and it did take over a month to arrive, although I was grateful jerseymans help desk always replied to my enquiries. Overall 8/10 shirt as it came with creases I can’t get out

I’ve ordered a shirt and it’s been over 3 weeks and still hasn’t come through? It states on the website 2-3 weeks but it’s been longer than that? They say contact there instagram and they just don’t reply? There parcel track is strange so I can’t find my parcel and where it is

Took a while to come but when it did the shirt was in great condition, for the price of £25 definitely worth it.

I am so gutted I didn’t see the trust pilot reviews first before buying from this guy. All I seen was the positive reviews he puts up in his stories.

Made on order in May it’s the end of July and nothing. Asked countless times if there’s an update and would get nothing more than ‘I’m waiting for a tracking number. Dude also has serious attitude when you ask for a refund which I think is justified when it’s been almost 3 months to get a shirt with no contact in between. The most unprofessional company ever.

If you pay cheap prices expect a cheap result. So tbf I blame myself. To save anyone else losing their money

Bought a Manchester City 2021/22 warm up shirt from these guys and I'm so happy how the shirt turned out. Firstly, really glad that they had it in stock and at such a discount price! Secondly, the shirt itself is absolutely amazing with the badge and puma logo stitched and not just printed. The colors are beautiful and vibrant and overall it looks so so cool. Highly recommend purchasing stuff from this website. P.S you might have to wait a bit but you will be delighted at the end product!!

If I could give zero I would! So bad, ordered my shirt 3 weeks ago. Delivery on website says 7 to 14 days. No contact whatsoever and no tracking info. I contact him through insta as requested and told 'its coming from China, I will give you tracking when I receive it.' I could have done that myself! Please save yourself some time, order through DHGate yourself, cut out the middle man who only adds time and confusion. I have asked for a refund and guess what, no reply!
