The Hire Service Company Omdömen

I have the honour of having Sarah look after my account (Selco HSS). I don’t have one bad word to say about the customer service and the way she presents herself. Whether it’s coming slightly early to make sure my schedule isn’t compromised or spending hours checking my accounts to make sure everything is perfect. An absolute pleasure to work with Sarah and is the reason I won’t look anywhere else to hire our tools from.

Tasha, the Store Manager at HSS Barking, was incredibly helpful and made sure I got what I needed to complete my work on time. Excellent customer service, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you, Tasha!

I rented a air conditioning unit off Liam in Brentwood, he was so helpful and nice. Was a great price and helped us cool down in the heat wave

Simple, straightforward and professional

Good service and good equipment.

Excellent service, all ways well looked after by Richard. Would recommend HSS Hayes Lordes branch to all

I’ve used the Hayes branch of HSS Hire on numerous occasions and wanted to give special recognition to Richard.

Every time I visit, Richard is friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. Nothing ever seems too much trouble for him. He always greets customers with a positive attitude and goes out of his way to make sure everything runs smoothly.

What stands out most is that Richard doesn’t just stay behind the counter – I’ve regularly seen him helping customers load hire equipment and tools into their vans, offering advice where needed, and generally providing the sort of customer service that’s becoming increasingly rare these days.

Richard is a real credit to the Hayes branch and to HSS as a whole. His willingness to go the extra mile and his consistently helpful attitude are the reasons I keep coming back.

Thanks again, Richard – excellent service as always.

Really impressed with this company. The service was excellent — friendly, helpful, and efficient throughout. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again.

The Portsmouth branch, especially Jeff the Manager have got me out of a few sticky situations with their help & professional attitude. Fully recommend them for all your hire needs.

Great on time and machine spot on.
Carpet cleaner (Hartford)

Went to mitcham branch and spoke with the branch director Andrew about the possibility of hiring some kit for a new project .He took to show all his kit in the warehouse and addressed all my questions very professionally.

Credit where credit is due, Richard from the High service company in Hayes was extremely helpful and polite. I hired a vibrating plate for a day. The equipment was clean and tidy and worked exactly how I expected it to

I have been using HSS Heathrow for the past few years. Always had a great service with the team of George, Justyna and Anthony getting what I want when I need.

Good service, reasonably priced, but most importantly getting the kit ASAP.
