Really helpful person at the end of the phone. I'd called to ask about a new lawnmower and that I wanted a replacement of the same model. She went over and above in helping me, ensuring the specifications were exactly the same. This helped me get exactly what I wanted. Ordered it very easily on line. Machine arrived 3 days later. I purchased a number of EgoPower+ Tools from them over a period of ten days. All tools were delivered the next day, free of postage costs, in excellent condition, barring one. This was a Pro Pole Saw Kit; which appeared marked, scratched, used and covered in oil. I completed a feedback form and they were quick to answer. While they tried to understand and process the issue, I realised they won’t be able to get to prompt resolution within the given time frame. I escalated this to their CEO by sending them an email late at night. Once I checked my inbox a few hours later, at around 7AM, the reply for there. I was promised a satisfactory resolution within the same day. This was Friday. Within a few hours, I was advised a new tool would be sent out for the next day delivery (which is not their usual practice) and old one would be collected later. This meant I would be able to utilise the tool, on a day, planned weeks ahead. This was crucial as I am a busy medical doctor and hardly find time for gardening. Therefore I have to plan my gardening days well in advice.

I am really impressed that Mr BM, CEO, fully understood my situation, replied promptly and went overboard to help me out! I have approached CEOs before, but haven’t received such a quick response and swift resolution, as this one. The company has gained a lot of respect, in my eyes, for their business ethic and putting the customer first. My experience suggests customers getting high quality tools in quick time, and if something goes wrong, the business setting it right in a jiffy, even going extra miles.

No doubt I will be their loyal customer and make any further garden equipment purchases through them. I whole heartedly wish them the best and highly recommend them!

My strimmer arrived quickly on a Friday morning, but because I was away for the weekend, I didn’t open it until Monday afternoon. Unfortunately, upon opening, the choke lever fell off.

Even though the company policy states that courier damage must be reported within 48 hours (which I had technically missed), their customer service was fantastic. I spoke with Brian, who was incredibly helpful and arranged for a replacement part to be sent out in a timely manner. I have now received and fitted the new part. While I haven’t had a chance to try out the machine just yet, the service from Green Reaper so far has been very good. Highly recommend for their great aftercare!

I ordered my item late on Wednesday afternoon and it has arrived today (Friday) at 1pm safe and sound. I would like to heap praise on the kind person from the support team who allayed my fears regarding despatch and delivery of my item. I bought a power pruner, battery and charger. Delivery took less than 48 hours.
The first time I tried charging the battery, the charger said it was full but the indicator on the battery said it was nearly flat. Thinking there may be a defect, I contacted the company through their web contact form. I got a reply very soon afterwards and the customer service agent exchanged maybe 4 emails with me whilst we tried to determine whether a return was needed. When they identified that it was user error (I wasn't pushing the battery on properly), there were no recriminations, they were simply pleased to have helped me out.
A decent company, with fair prices, and a true commitment to their customers.

There was a problem which they helped resolve they stayed in touch really well and kept everything on track until final delivery.

I ordered a new battery from The Green Reaper for my Ego power tools. When it arrived it had no charge and would not accept a charge either. I contacted The Green Reaper, sent them a short video of the problem and they dealt with it from there. Three days later I received a replacement battery - no hassle. The replacement battery is working well. Thank you for not asking for endless forms and long waits for a replacement.

Well, they have a 'dedicated phone line' just for sales (to take your money) but once they've taken your cash... for anything else (like a faulty product) its the dreaded online form.

And you will wait.

And wait.

My hedge trimmer didnt work from the off. I messaged GR. Heard nothing. So contacted the manufacturer (Cobra) - got put through to their tech support. They went through a few things and concluded - faulty, return it. So I contact GR again to say, I'd spoken to Cobra and they told me its faulty and can GR just issue a returns docket.

I get a reply 24hrs late from GR asking me to 'spray WD40' on the blades' (despite the fact the manufacturer said its faulty). The idiocy.

Ive re-contacted GR asking for the returns docket.

Still nothing.

Advice to would-be buyers: Buy from a company that has a customer services phone line

I ordered my hedge cutter on Friday and it's in my garage the following Monday...this is my second order from the green reaper , excellent service and would highly recommend
