Fantastic prompt service.
I ordered the lawn sweeper at about 1.30 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. The advertising on the site did say "next day delivery if ordered before 3pm" but I always take such claims with a pinch of salt. Having received my order confirmation e mail a few minutes later, I carried on with my day. Later that afternoon I saw that I had received an email to say that my purchases had been dispatched, Wow!
Even more wow was the fact that all the goods were received by early afternon the very next day. Brilliant service from both the store and their couriers. Well done.

Buying was fine, delivery service was frustrating
All aspects of buying from Green Reaper were fine and done competently as I have found before.
However, delivery by FedEx was a frustrating experience.
They delivered without prior warning and I was out.
The next day delivery was scheduled as 'before 2000'. I could not get a more precise timing so had to plan to wait in all day. This is poor service.
Other delivery companies give a more precise delivery timing interval and let you watch the progression of the delivery van in real time.
Please consider using a better delivery service. Thank you.

Thank you for your informative and valuable feedback regarding our courier network. We frequently review our courier partners, and feedback like yours is very helpful. We are sorry that the courier did not treat your order as well as we would have liked. Long delivery windows are frustrating, to say the least! Thank you for your patience and we hope to be able to welcome you with a smoother delivery next time!

I recieved my order within 2 days and wasn't expecting much. How wrong was I, superb hedge cutter and what a product for such a reasonable price, will definitely buy again. Light weight and easy to use even with my bad fingers.

Fantastic customer service.
The product was exactly as I expected.
However, the customer service was fantastic. Ordered one day and delivered the next. Could not ask for better.
Happily recommend this company to anyone.
I will definitely be back!

Great friendly service from the outset
Great friendly service from the outset.
Amelia in customer services was fantastic and answered all my questions and tracked my order to ensure it was correct and processed promptly.
I had regular updates on the delivery date.
Martin delivered the ride on lawnmower at the agreed time and did an excellent handover and demonstration.
The lawnmower came with oil and fuel in it- so ready to go (unlike other manufacturers).
Cannot fault the excellent service I have been given.

Excellent communications
Excellent communications, and a very impressive delivery arriving a day early! Had a small delivery issue with a scuff on the mower, which was quickly corrected without any fuss and a replacement part arrived within a few days. Can not fault this company for their customer service and most excellent products. Will, without any doubt be back and purchase from them again. Highly recommended.
