Very helpful, even after I changed my mind and he has done all the paper work, just easy to deal with no pressure, explained all the colour choices including what I could have in cushions, and all so quickly done.

Disgusting customer service
Spent thousands buying bedroom furniture and other things for the living room. The guys came to build the furniture and not only destroyed the furniture but also took a few chips out my new flooring. I was furious as designer rooms have denied it. They sent me a voucher to spend in the shop as a goodwill gesture as they won’t pay for the damage to the floor. I have returned the wardrobe and the bed as both wrecked. Will never buy furniture again from them. Customer care is shocking.
