Don’t order from these guys. No communication once ordered an just wait and see. Place order for four shirts never any response to email eventually got about 5 weeks later. Quality ok but just jaded by the lack of customer support and commincation.

I bought a hoodie and 2 shirts with the tøp prints. I am disappointed. I should have come here to lower my expectations before ordering. The images are clearly blown up and then a smoothing filter has been applied resulting in blurry(face lol) writing and imagery. The sizing is definitely smaller than the sizing guides but luckily I had sized up enough to get away with it. It product does come directly from China and took a couple of weeks to arrive, however I am based in the UK and with it being a US company I was expecting a longer than usual wait regardless. This definitely feels a bit scammy to me, I have also left a review on thecuewear website yet it miraculously hasn't appeared on there... weird how only the 4/5 star reviews remain 🤔 I would personally avoid ordering from this website, you will be disappointed.

Ordered a 3x that fits like xl. Joke of a business. Offer a partial refund of$2.
That doesn't even cover shipping insurance of$3. Will NEVER order from them again. Total waste of $30. Place should be shut down

I got a 2x that was more like a large. Not wearable, they won’t respond to emails. The shirt itself seemed ok but it’s not any good to me if it doesn’t fit, but it was kind of clingy material which makes it worse when it’s too small.

Beware of sizing. I normally wear XL shirts. I ordered 3 different shirts and the XL sizing is more like a Medium! Huge waste of money. I received a small credit, however this will only cover the cost of 1 shirt replacement. The quality of the shirt doesn't seem to be too bad, however the print quality is not the same as the "Instagram" adverts, which is where it first caught my ey.

I ordered a Deftones sweater. Order stated it would be delivered in Jan. Come to find the order had a “failed delivery” on Nov 21. There was no mention of an attempted delivery. Took me 5 times to reach their customer email and even then they basically told me to wait it out. Now with the recent “delivery attempt “ they responded with, “we can give you $15.” No! My order cost me more including insurance on the package!! They order via China which quality is cheap and delivery is by next year or at least months later. They have third party carriers which basically means you’re going to have to do a run around trying to find out who has your package. It’s not worth the hassle and the bands should be ashamed to have fans deal with this mess.

This place is a fukn joke. Ordered 2x, I got a medium that fits my 14 year old daughter. Emailed 3 times to no response. What a bunch of losers. I will stop by their Elk Grove Village office /warehouse and see how they like my response. Trust me
It’s not about the $30 it’s about typical modern day bullshit

Bought 2 sweatshirts and 2 t-shirts with 21Pilots motive. Quality is absolute trash - material is definitely not 100% cotton as they describe on e-shop and quality of prints are tragic. Seems like photos on e-shop are different product than what they send. It comes right from China. STAY AWAY! They don't reply to e-mails or Instagram messages - You won't get refund...

Stay AWAY! Items are not licensed and comes directly from China. Shipping takes forever. Shirts are SEVERAL sizes too small. Emailed support to get a refund and I was given the run around. Asked to take pictures and measurements of the shirts. They were still not satisfied with that i gave them. I went to a supervisor and was told I would have to pay for the shipping to send it back and they would deduct my original shipping from the return. Then as a slap in the face, they offered to refund me $12 on my card, or a $17 store credit without sending the shirts back. This was a $55 order! Had to go through my credit card company to get a charge back.
