The worse company i will ever deal with and thanks to them I have no choice but to put my dog to sleep. I worked hard without any help from them getting my crowdfunding page out there but not one single donation. No help no good con merchants. And yes you will be responsible for taking the life of my dog.
Bought a 30 USD package. They put a report of my campaign and never updated it. Never responded to my email.No support and no result. Nothing. And of course, no money back!
The site looks professional, but they are the opposite. Stay away from it!
I have a campaign on it
It has been useless even though I purchased the top package. They do not answer support emails. I do not recommend it.
After I listed my Campaign for a book, "Finding Jack Kirby in a Pile of Zinc" with Indiegogo.com I was contacted by Thecrowdfundingcenter.com who knew of my listing and offered me a special promotional campaign for $99.00 boasting that they get great results and in most cases surpass the goals of most campaigns. The campaign ran 45 days and Ireceived no emails or information how they were going to promote my campaign or that they did. I did not receive any funds except the one donation that I requested from a friend to break the ice. During the course of the 45 days I received no emails or correspondence from The Crowdfunding Center. Therefore I wasted 46 days and a payment to them. I would not recommended them to anyone. Stay away from them. I have filed a dispute with American Express regarding the payment that resulted in no service. The loss of time and confidence was far worse than the payment.
I cannot recommend Crowdfunding Center for music. They did not deliver a single donation.The website looks impressive and detailed but they don't communicate or deliver, and you will want your money back. Our award winning song featured an American Idol Winner and we made it 100% with no, I repeat not one donor as a result of this business. Build your network on your own. I wish I had continued to ignore their emails.
This is actually the worst website we have used to promote our Kickstarter campaign.
We paid $ 75 for the PREMIUM BOOST. Since then, nothing has been done. Nobody responds to our requests on the online form, nor to their email
However, our payment with Paypal is very real and our money has been debited.
The site never provides invoices despite numerous requests by email or with their forms. We are still waiting for them. We NEVER got a response from them.
