The Cosmetic Boxes - Uk Omdömen 

I was looking around for a supplier of boxes for my skincare brand and had asked quotes from a few. Daisy reached out to me and gave me a quote. Although it wasn't the cheapest she matched the cheapest quote I got. She constantly worked with me during the design stage of the boxes and no matter how many times I requested any changes they were made. The design looked beautiful but I was skeptical how they would be executed. The boxes arrived and they were stunning. Great quality and great execution. I has used another supplier before but these were prettier. I would 100% recommend and looking forward to use them again for my next product development.

Lied to us from the start.
its a .co.uk website but they are not based in the UK.
Stated that they were in the UK. I even asked where their printing office was and they stated London.
The goods came from Pakistan, so took longer than we needed and we paid an express service.
A parcel turned up after the main delivery which they did not clear through customs and has caused issues with DHL which are stil chasing us today after over a year.
Quality was not great either .
I would never use again. Avoid!

Can I ask you where can I contact your company as we have received all the wrong boxes and labels and seems like no one is contacting us? Is this a scam company?

Fantastic service. Very efficient and friendly. The boxes i required were an unusual size and when they arrived they were perfect. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Brendan.

I must say “Joshua Rose” from start to finish has been incredible!! The service has been excellent! I was online late one night and a little bubble popped up asking if he could help I thought it was an automated robot? Lol oh my am I so glad it wasn’t,....I had come up against so many brick walls when contacting packaging companies horrible designs and requiring you to order 10,000....I had the exact design idea and knew what I wanted!!.....he made the impossible possible!!... even helping me with the pixels on pik monkey communication was so easy from start to finish and then when I wanted to add gold foiling to my box it was no problem, wow,.. hopefully this is the first of many products! Couldn’t recommend this company enough I had some boxes designed by them and they were perfect exactly what I wanted and good price too! Delivery was on time too will definitely be using them again!

Hi, have just received my boxes from the cosmetics boxes and at first I was sceptical as I’ve never bought something not using a website. However I spoke to JOSHUA SHANE who explained to me pricing and I gave him my design. He then sent it to the design team and they sent me the die lines of my box and what it would look like. I placed my order via JOSH and he was extremely helpful. He kept me updated the whole time and he helped me with any questions or queries I had. My boxes weren’t meant to come on the 25th and they got here on the 23rd which was a result. I will definitely be using them again. Thanks again

Excellent service and products. The sales rep Andy Craig understood the the project and offered excellent advice. The finished product is excellent and the quality of printing is to a high standard. They are very efficient and respond to all messages very quickly.

That was my first experience in designing and ordering boxes for cosmetics. Andy Craig was very helpful. The goods arrived fast. The prices are competitive, however the only minor drawback was that the goods arrived from non-EU country (I was unaware of that), so an additional charges were applied at customs. Lessons learnt for the next time.

Just placed our second order for more packaging with this company. Andy, the sales rep is great and very prompt at coming back to you. Quality of product is fantastic and so are there prices! If you're looking for packaging, then look no further!
