The customer service provided by Nadia of the Cork Company was incredible. I initially bought the bag off of eBay, it was delayed, then eBay’s global shipper prohibited it. I ordered straight from the Cork Company and not only did Nadia get it shipped quickly, she included a free gift for the difficulties that were not under her control. Thanks very much! Would highly recommend!

Thank you for this backpack!
This spring I went to a lot of stores wanting a cork backpack.But there are very few shops in Japan that sell cork products.
I bought in this shop because I felt that the cork-fabric was of high quality, the design was basic and elegant, and the price was reasonable.
It arrived in about 1 week.
This backpack is surprisingly light and much nicer than it looks in the web-pictures.
A handwritten thank you card made me even happier.
When I want a purse or handbag or something, I will visit your shop!

Beautiful eco-friendly product - almost too lovely to use! It was packaged with care without any plastic packaging. A hand-written thank you note was a lovely touch. I would definitely buy from The Cork Company again - lots of lovely gift ideas, and nice to find items that are sustainable.

This cork bag is not available in Japan.I got it as a souvenir from Portugal and used it carefully for several years.The bag was damaged, so I was looking for a new same bag.I am very happy to buy the same bag.This bag arrived sooner than I expected.I love this cork bag! Thank you very much!
