All my previous colonics (with 3 diffrent therapists) have been really painful and uncomfortable, honestly, I used to dread them! But I thought that is what it supposed to be like!!

That all changed with Ruth!There was no pain! It was comfortable and I hardly even noticed!!! Ruth was soo warm, professional with amazing technique (hence no pain!) and you know she really cares about her clients. This has been one of the best health therapy experience of my life. I now have to travel 2hours to get to Ruth but it is soooo worth it! And I won’t ever go anywhere else!! I got the best results I have ever had too! So thank you soo much! This has been a game changer for me! I would highly recommend Ruth!

I honestly cannot recommend this place highly enough! Ruth is an incredible therapist. She has a very welcoming manner and puts you at ease immediately. She actually somehow manages to makes the whole experience relaxing. For anyone interested in detox cleansing, I would also highly recommend TCS 21 day cleanse. I looked and felt so much better within a week. I did lose weight doing the cleanse but even if this is not your goal, my skin and energy levels both noticeably improved. Highly, highly recommend.

I've been seeing Ruth since the beginning of the year and have been back time and time again. She's incredibly friendly, warm and charming and makes you feel at ease in everything she does. I trust her to tell me what I need and she seems to just know what's best for me. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else and delighted I have her in my life.

Ruth is not just a colonic irrigation expert she totally grounds you and puts you totally at ease. She's very gentle and lovely to talk to which is very important on your first visit.
Her treatment is an absolute life changer.

Not only she is top notch at what she does but she is a professional that puts careful attention and care into her patients and their individual needs - every colonic and enema session I've done with her has been completely different as she listens to my body and treats it with the care it needs at that time.

The place is spotless and she only uses high quality products that she carefully curates.

I have been going to the Cleansing Space with Ruth for a couple sessions now and I must say the impact it has had on my wellbeing has been amazing. Whilst colonic cleansing can sound daunting to most people, I can assure you the benefits of the treatment coupled with Ruth’s welcoming and positive energy, makes the experience really enjoyable and somewhat theraputic.

Personally, I have experienced a wide range of benefits which include: a better functioning digestive system, increased/overall better energy levels, better mood and reduced brain fog (better clarity).

Overall, I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in colonic therapy to go with The Cleansing Space.

Ruth is a great therapist and puts you at ease immediately with her lovely warm personality. Talking you through the process and what to expect, during and after. You are in good hands with Ruth.

Was a bit anxious going into this session , as not knowing what to expect . Ruth is genuinely the nicest person ,put me at ease , basically we talked the whole why through . Ruth explain everything at every step . She stay with you the whole treatment . She has given me advice on what steps to take next and happily doing them . I will be back for another check up appointment . Hopefully this will help with my stomach issues . After that 1st session. I left light and happy and definitely energetic. Been telling everyone i know to go .

Ruth is great. Not only are her colon therapy treatments fantastic, but she is also a great therapist. Very professional but also very warming. She has a great manner and easy to talk to about problems. She is always helping me mentally to overcome issues with my well being and lifestyle. I would highly recommend.

I have to say the thoughts of this filled my heart with dread and i very nearly pulled out at the last minute but so glad i didn’t. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent and seamless. Ruth talked me through everything from start to finish and this put me at ease. In all honesty it turned out to be a very pleasant experience and i felt totally invigorated afterwards. I had more energy and felt great. I have been back since and can highly recommend it. Ruth was excellent and very good at what she does.

An Excellent Therapist and Treatment.
This was my first colonic so was not quite sure what to expect and Ruth’s calm supportive nature and wealth of knowledge put me at ease straight away.
She listened to my needs and the treatment was so much more than I ever envisioned, which offered an all round holistic cleanse which both felt super beneficial for my gut health, with the added bonus of feeling comforted and an incredible feeling of well being, balance and peace.
Highly recommend this wonderful lady.
