Lost My Bag – Extremely Disappointing Experience
I gave my bag to this company to sell, but it never sold, so I requested it back. Unfortunately, they have now lost it.
I’m extremely disappointed with how this has been handled. Their customer service response was that their system is old and the staff who dealt with my item are no longer there — which is simply not acceptable.
I still have not received my bag back. Very poor experience, would not recommend.

Great platform for clothes
A lot of my work clothes come from The Cirkel. I love that it is second hand, but everything always arrives fresh and clean. And I own clothes that I would never own if buying 1st hand as they'd be too expensive. Plus I enjoy their Insta. Win, win!
