First time getting my order posted arrived in great time well packaged and coffee delicious as ever

Excellent product backed up with great customer service and fair pricing. Best decaf coffee I have tried so far!

Have been with the bean shop maybe 6 or 7 years and in that time i dont think i have ever given them less than 5 stars. To be honest, the beans and the service i have always received has always been first class, i cant see myself ever giving them less than 5 stars. Cant see myself ever going anywhere else.

Staff are always friendly, quick service & the store smells fabulous!

Served by the sultry Lorna who tantalised my buds with some exotic Carribean lovelies, roasted golden; the promise of their dark elixir makes me shudder with - anticipation.

I’ve been using the bean shop now for over 7 years and the staff there are just amazing. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. I’ve also used them to post some beautiful gifts to friends and they have all loved the coffee and mugs! I wouldn’t use any other coffee service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quickly served by a young lady who definitely knew her stuff by asking me if the new purchase was for cafetiere coffee. Very polite and courteous plus extremely helpful, Excellent service would buy from this shop again!!

Great service and lovely coffee as always.

Used to use a very well known "southern" coffee roasters - who were exceptionally good. However, I then discovered that The Bean Shop (who happen to be more local to me) are equally as good - and far more reasonably priced. I would really recommend trying The Bean Shop out. (The staff are exceptionally pleasant and very helpful too.)
Incidentally, I have recently been drinking The Bean Shop's El Salvador - and can thoroughly recommend this as a dry, "roasted-nut" style of coffee (as opposed to the more "fruity" styles - which are equally as good, and which this roaster also has).

Really happy with their coffee and tea blends, and very quick postage. Will keep in mind for the future!

Needs more than 5 stars....
Ordered morning blend, bean shop blend and gourmet blend, and wow I was not disappointed. Order confirmed on Friday, coffee arrived on Sunday, well packaged. The smell of fresh coffee oozing from the package, and what a taste... absolutely perfect. Will not buy coffee from anywhere else now..

I have been ordering coffee beans now for several years. The service is exceptional and the coffee bean’s taste is perfect. I don't want to miss it. In some cases where I haven't had the chance of a coffee brewed with the beans from The Bean Shop, I can't wait to taste it again.

Great coffee and a fair price. I really love the gourmet espresso blend, full of flavour without bitterness.
Usually delivery is very quick, often next day. Recently a delivery was delayed in the post - eventually arriving 2 weeks after the order was made. In the meantime the Bean Shop had sent me a replacement when I told them that my coffee hadn't come. So when the original order did finally turn up, I offered to pay for it, but the company let me have it gratis, even though the delay wasn't their fault. Happy customer!

No roasting date on coffee! The bags I received we really quite awful. Roasted beyond any flavour or more likely old.
The shop itself is well stocked with coffee stuff but it seems the coffee has become second this. It is also rather unwelcoming with a radio blaring. The low price of the coffee should have been a clue to just how bad it is.
AND ...the shop was full of flies!

First class Espresso Blend that is way beyond quality of other speciality coffee roasters I’ve tried - taste it to believe it for yourselves! A faulty batch of bags in a recent order that I placed was absolutely no problem for The Bean Shop. They sent a repeat delivery the next day in more robust bags. Exceptional customer focus and service.
