They need to return calls to actually help their customers set up the products.
Ordered a pos system and came without the cable, took another 2 days for this to arrive and it still wouldn't work. 3/4 weeks of phone calls from us and still no working printer just kept getting fobbed off. Terrible service

You have elected to not respond and provide any information here regarding your identity. We cannot find any record of any cases which match your name or this description. This does not sound like something we would do. If you still need assistance, do please call us.
I don’t believe we have sold any ‘pos systems’ (if you have purchased POS software from elsewhere; it is likely that your software provider would be the best bet to get you up and running.)
You do mention a printer not working. Lots of products including receipt printers may come without all the desired cables. That is the manufacturers choice, not ours. We can help with drivers etc. but, again, if it's not plug and play, your software provider would likely have FAQs/documentation to ensure all of the settings are correct.
The tech support team have a case management system so would not be able to fob anyone off. They have closed 497 cases so far this month and we quality check all of them.
Sorry that you feel like you have had terrible service but we are struggling to understand why at this stage. Please do let us know if you are still struggling setting up your printer. We'd be more than happy to assist if you would give us the chance.

Avoid if you need your kit to work or expect customer service
Purchased three Zebra printers. Two of which would not work as described. We tried to get them to work for a couple of weeks, speaking to Barcode Warehouse and Zebra. We then returned the printers, only to be curtly informed that there would be no refund. This was due to the pen marks on the box, and I hadn't packed them very well. Barcode Warehouse will argue their case because they are very good at shutting the door on customers. But the result is I am £900 + out of pocket and Barcode Warehouse does not care.

You wouldn’t respond to our requests for information when trying to triage the printers and help get you up and running. We therefore couldn’t class them as faulty.
Unless goods are faulty, we can only accept returns if the products are in unopened condition so they can be resold. It’s not just the outer box that matters. This was explained clearly in our emails but you still returned them to us.
Upon inspection, both printers had been used plus internal packaging, adapters and cores were missing. One of the printers didn’t have the same serial number as on the box.
I’m sorry that we could not refund you on this occasion and would obviously be happy to support you in getting the printers working if you would like us to assist.

Buyer Beware!
A word of warning: Be sure to check the returns policy before you buy. I bought a cash drawer/receipt printer recently to replace one which was faulty. Delivery wasn’t the fastest and, in the meantime, I was able to repair out existing one. Thankfully, I was able to return the unopened replacement but was charged a 15% ‘restocking fee’ for the privilege (amounting to over £50). I was later told that this was because Barcode Warehouse is a B2B concern, which seems to mean they are just an intermediary (note that everything is in stock in ‘2-5working days’), which runs contrary to what the name ‘Barcode Warehouse’ suggests.

Thank you for your order of a cash drawer on 18th March which was not in stock at the time. We dispatched this to you on 21st. I can see that delivery took DPD longer than usual to get it to you due to your very remote location; apologies for that but it was out of our control.
I’m sorry that you thought that you could return this on 7th April for a full refund after getting your old drawer working again but, as you point out, we are a Business-to-Business reseller and so our terms and conditions do apply. You accepted these when checking out online.
I’m not sure what you mean regarding ‘intermediary’ and saying everything is '2-5 working days' is incorrect – we hold well over £2 million of stock in our warehouse but cannot stock everything. We do show what products are in stock across at a number of manufacturers/distributors across Europe which our customers find useful. Most of our competitors 'lie' and say that they have this in stock, FYI. We just like being transparent.
If you do need anything in the future we can look to discount that in order to make up for the restocking fee.

Been using Barcode Warehouse now for over 10 years. Never disappoint. Always fast delivery to Northern Ireland which seems to be an issue for some GB companies. Not for BCW. This time I dealt with Michelle in CS. She was very knowledgeable and detailed on the product I was after. Would highly recommend these guys.

Spoke to Tom about a printer set up…
Spoke to Tom about a printer set up that was required for my business. Was recommended different printers to the ones requested as these are the new versions. Received them and they were not fit for purpose. They then said I needed to fit additional parts to them to fit my requirements. Purchased these, still don’t work. Then it was we needed a different part, then we needed to request this return and do this paperwork. I wish I just brought them direct from the suppliers. It was a total waste of time and money. Now 5 months on from my original purchase and I have just placed the order direct from the supplier. I wouldn’t recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service. Technical support after purchase is outstanding. We have a zebra printer - bought from the barcode warehouse some time ago. When we had an issue I phoned the barcode warehouse and a member of their technical team phoned back. Glynn sorted out the problem quickly - very experienced and used to dealing with customers (like me) who may not have good IT skills. The printer is vital to my business - so grateful to find a company which still gives excellent customer service. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
