The A World UK CIC is a non-profit organisation supporting the autistic community across the North of England. The A World UK receives no funding from outside sources, we rely solely on the generous donations of pre-loved items and the money donations from members of the public. The funds raised via the community stores and the text to donate service are used to by The A World UK to provide services to the autistic community and their families. Autism is a lifelong neurodevelopmental condition, we are proud to state that we support individuals of all ages. Unfortunately, far too many support abruptly stops when an individual reaches the age of 25, we understand and recognise that the individual will still require support regardless of their age! Our aim is to help and support the Autistic Community through providing a variety of services, we currently offer funded holidays*, horse-riding sessions, and many more inclusive events which are held throughout the year.

The A world, a wonderful experience
The A world has been fantastic for our family, especially our little girl and I recommend becoming a member to anyone who has a child with autism. We’ve enjoyed some lovely days out with them to Gulliver’s world, Blackpool Zoo and BeWILDerwood.

excellent work and support for secial need children
The A World UK is doing some great work by supporting special need children and organising special events and day trips for them. We attended Gulivers takeover and it was amazing. From start to finish we received the relevant information, timely updates, reminders emails. on the day everything went smoothly. well done for the excellent work! Our son enjoyed it tremendously.

Our perfect day
What a fantastic day we had at gullivers world on 22nd March. It was the perfect day for us, no traffic, no queuing, no meltdowns!!! Can’t wait to hopefully go again. It was sonice to have no judgment and to see my granddaughter really explore new things and enjoy them

Blackpool Zoo with The A World
The A World and Blackpool Zoo made it possible for my little boy to enjoy a trip to the zoo without being overwhelmed by crowds of people. It was lovely to enjoy a “normal” family experience, surrounded by families just like ours, with no judgement, no unkind comments or staring. Keep up the amazing work The A World, we are so grateful for you x

Such an amazing charity
The A World gives us an opportunity to try attending venues with no pressure. Being around families who are going through the same as you with no judgement is amazing. The latest was Blackpool Zoo. Al the staff were attentive and amazing. Loved the touch of the written banners rather than noisy microphone talk.

The A World uk is a life saver for many people. It gives family's a magical days out where our children can make memories without people judging them. We had a lovely time at Blackpool zoo plenty to see with very friendly and helpful people. Would love to.go again.

Blackpool Zoo you were everything we were looking forward to and more! Aamir and all the family loved every aspect from the minute we arrived through to the minute we left. It was lovely how everyone was able to be themselves and many of our families were able to venture out when they otherwise couldn't even imagine a day trip out like this! Great day out at Blackpool Zoo, great process from booking to the arrival team were very helpful, such a relaxed day with family’s in the same situation just great to have a day out and not have to worry about the looks or side eye we could just be a family and not worry thank you so much ☺️

Thank You A-World
It is always so lovely to go to an event knowing you are surrounded by people who understand what is is to live Autism.
Thank you A-World for giving families an opportunity to relax and be themselves.
The reduced rate tickets make it do-able for families who can only stay a while.
The smaller crowds means no queues to see animals, less noise and there is an overall less stress atmosphere.

It was a brilliant day and we managed to get some decent weather. It felt so calm walking around the zoo and it made all the difference for our day out. My son loved it and the addition of going into the play barn for a reduced rate was fantastic. Thank you so much
