the asian cookshop Omdömen

Fantastic service. Fast and efficient. Order acknowledged immediately. Well packed, and received in France 4 days later.

Read all negative reviews on Google. Says it all really. They don't despatch goods and when they do, they arrive damaged. Disgusting service.

Excellent service as usual. Thank you very much. Fantastic range of products from all over the world, even hard to find items and, amazingly, next day delivery. Impressive.

I have been buying from the Asian Cookshop at their Braintree shop prior to lockdown, but on Sunday tried out their online service - which is very easy & straightforward. I offered to collect my order( as I’m local) but they were happy to deliver & my order arrived promptly early Tuesday morning. I’m so pleased with the service & will definitely use them again. I recommend this company to everyone, they have a fabulous choice of spices, herbs in a variety of sizes & there are lots of hard to find items available.

Brilliant service. Received two days after ordering. Found everything I was looking for in their website. Have used this company before and will do so in the future. Thank you guys for your excellent work.

Reliable company, great product, which arrived extremely fast! Placed my second order the other day and I have nothing but compliments for these people. I saw that when they have too many orders their site goes offline so that they make sure all customers are satisfied. Respect!!!

I placed my first order and it arrived complete, well packaged, in excellent condition and only took four days including the weekend.
I will definitely be using this company again.

Well stocked, reliable supplier. Goods are packaged well enough to survive shipping to a war zone if necessary, with speedy deliveries.

I found them online and was very impressed by the huge range of products, their prices are very competitive and the time between ordering and delivery was much shorter than I was expecting. By far the best online grocery shop I've found so far and would gladly recommend them to anybody

During these tough times the staff at The Asian Cookshop have been so helpful.

I found the site was easy to use, value for money and has a great selection of foods. They supply a lot of hard to find ingredients.

Once online delivery slots were available. I made my order and received it in very good time.

So happy to have found this shop and will be shopping here again very soon.

What a great store you have. I only ordered a few items but they were specific and your store was the only one I could find with all of them, so I was surprised to find that when they were delivered less than 48 hours later, they were exactly what was ordered. I will definitely be telling our friends about you and we will be back whenever we need more. Thanks for your excellent service. M & J Lawes

Had a great experience. Everything I needed in one place. Prices just right. Fast and well packaged delivery. Customer service excellent (had one query and it was dealt with swiftly and with such professionalism and friendliness). Cannot fault the dedication and hard work this business is doing - thank you.

Really pleased with all the items in my order from the asian cookshop.
Delivery was with the excellent DPD and all the items were very well wrapped and packaged. Seem to stock all those hard to find items and at a good price - will be ordering from them again.

Really pleased with my order. So many items available I can't get elsewhere and they arrived very quickly. Well packaged too. Will order again.

Fantastic service from the Asian cookshop; I needed a few things to top up my store cupboard, but the range of products was so enticing I ended up buying some stuff that's hard to find elsewhere, plus a few treats. My parcel arrived on time, beautifully packed, and although I've only just started cooking with all my goodies, the quality of what I've used so far is excellent. Plus I have loads of culinary adventures to look forward to!

I recently received an order from The Asian Cookshop. The delivery was very quick with no charge. All the items were extremely well packaged and arrived safely. Everything was great value and very good quality. I will definitely use this company again.

Can not fault this company, especially during the current working restrictions. My orders have still been delivered within a few day after ordering. Always have what I want and very good prices and comes well packaged.

I discovered The Asian Cookshop during the Covid lockdown when hunting for basics but what a joy it has been. The quality and range of goods is amazing. I've had a couple of orders now, well packaged and prompt delivery. I confess that I wouldn't know what to do with half the available ingredients but what fun it's going to be to find out, I'm heading off on a culinary adventure! Love it!

I’ve used the Asian Cookshop many times. They have everything you could possibly want, and are very efficient. My recent order came in two days, even in these difficult times, which I didn’t expect at all. They are all obviously working very hard. They will always be my go-to company for my spice cupboard and larder essentials.

We live in a remote area and have few shops within a 12 mile radius and those shops do not provide us with any of the items we require for Asian cooking. This company based over 600 miles away provided us with all of our needs with a very reasonable postage charge. The range they have is fantastic. The customer service was absolutely superb. I made a mess of our order and they managed to sort it for us and it arrived at our door within two days. All communications were pleasant and helpful. Our case was dealt with by Mia who made sure that our order was corrected and pricing adjusted in our favour. All of this would require a recommendation par excellence at any time but given that we are in the midst of a national lockdown there are not enough superlatives in our language to do them justice. This is a great online store with superb customer service. I highly recommend them.
