I have shopped with the Animal Pharmacy…

I have shopped with the Animal Pharmacy for a few years now. They are excellent with their customer service, allways willing to assist. They ALLWAYS do correct deliveries and their service of delivery is excellent. I recommend you use no other pet pharmacy but these guys. Thanks for all your assistance team.

I have been ordering from Animal Pharmacy for several months. I am impressed with the professional correspondence, ease of ordering, the lowest price, and the fast delivery.

Service and Price is exceptional

Great service, the staff have always been helpful and very friendly. The prices are amazing, easily 50-70% cheaper than Vets were charging and with an elderly dog on multiple medications I was so pleased to find The Animal Pharmacy.

Inconsistent service from moody pharmacy staff

When the pharmacy has the stock you’re ordering, it’s all smiles.
Conversely, be prepared to unfairly cop their staff’s bad attitude & deceitful excuses in case the medication is out of stock.
Their staff make up last-minute unexplained ‘company’ rules to mock questioning customers.
The fact that the staff don’t communicate with each other means customers would have to constantly call the pharmacy each day to chase up the delivery arrangement. According to their moody pharmacy staff, they are too busy to care.

Excellent service

Being a rescue group we use quite a bit of Doxy paste - prices at the Animal Pharmacy are very reasonable and we received our parcel quite quickly. We will be repeat customers - thank you.

I am impressed

I am impressed. Staff were so supportive and explained everything to me to help me place my order. I received everything I required for my fur baby the very next day. Prices are good too. I am glad my vet suggested this to me as my little one needs these meds for the remainder of her life. Thank you The Animal Pharmacy.
