Used them a few times, however, got my water infected French doors replaced in2023.
Had to get them back 7 weeks ago as a gap in between the doors allowed water in and damaged my floor. TBF the guy who came out and repaired was sound and happy with what he found and repaired, but not a thing from the office about the damage done to my floor, which has not got any worse since the repair. Buying a new house soon and won’t be using Advanced for the new windows and sun lounge for it. Always comes back when customer service ain’t good I am afraid.

I have photos too. 5mm (appx), gap. Due to the sun shining into the shot, your excellent engineer could not get a photo for himself. As no further damage to my Karndean flooring after his visit, about 7 weeks ago,then yes, I would suggest the gap has caused the damage. I am not getting into a s—t fight just won’t use you again. The job and replaced item were under warranty anyway so no browny points for fixing..

We had a great experience with Advanced Group. The work was completed to a very high standard, and the team were professional and reliable throughout. Would happily recommend them to others.

Efficient service made the whole experience from ordering to installation a pleasant experience. The installers completed their work in a single morning. I was particularly impressed by the security provided by the Ultion lock. I would recommend this company.

Called in January about a replacement door!
Week later I was told they misquoted me on the original interaction due to our location.
I accepted this and agreed the new quote in February. I then had no calls back until 3 of April to get a survey done from them. (2 months later)
By this time I have had another company round had a quote and ordered the door!
Poor service even before an order was placed!

Paul & John(Installers)….and James(Sales Executive). We had all windows replaced. We had 5 quotes. James was friendly and helpful and honest with us `and gave good and respectful advice and invited us to the showroom - we were pleased to pop up and see the range of windows and doors -this helped us decide on this company, all quality products. James, thank you. Paul & James worked non stop over 2 days. Removed old and installed new windows, No damage and no mess whatsoever. They prepared the areas, covering carpets and furniture and just got on with it. We would have no hesitation recommending this company, and these two installers. Such nice guys, who know how to work hard and give customer satisfaction. Well done Advanced Group, but more-so, well done James, Paul & John.

First class service from start to finish.Installers Stephen and Donald were amazing.Extremely professional friendly and courteous and windows look amazing.Gordon was also excellent and attended to all my requirements very timeously.Highly recommend Advanced Group and 15 year Guarantee is excellent.

This company has to be the best in the business and below i will detail why.

1st. The sales guy was very knowledgeable at no time did he try to push me into buying and helped me pick the correct product although he did cancel 30 minutes before first visit but he did come the following day as promised. ( sorry can’t remember his name)

2nd Survey guy. He came was really professional suggested a couple of minor changes.

3rd installation The two men arrived promptly when they said they would and got to work right away, they protected my flooring and worked away like little beavers. The attention to detail with these two are second to none and a real credit to the company. So Paul and John thank you, you’re both great at your job and your attitude is absolutely amazing.

4 plaster. Needed a little remedial work done on the outside and yet again 2 competent worker’s appeared. Im in the belief that this company only employs cheerful and hardworking people.

As for the windows they are stunning and well made, hopefully there won’t be any problems but if there is im sure the company will sort it without hesitation.

In conclusion if you are looking for a company to do your windows and doors look no further not only do they do a good job they have the most amazing people who work for them, also its the only company I know that guarantees their products for 15 years.

We will be getting them back in a few months for doors

Special thanks to the fitters Paul and John for being polite, friendly and professional and arrived on time each day and left the place absolutely spotless and outstanding workmanship.

The whole experience from all the staff at the Advanced Group has been very professional.

Absolutely delighted with our new windows and doors. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. James was fantastic, providing us with a very competitive quote with absolutely no pressure to buy, unlike other companies we had contacted.

Mark came within a couple of days to measure up and make sure all the finer details were correct. Installation day was 3 weeks later and scheduled to take 3 days. Paul and John, our fitters were amazing. They arrived as planned and informed us of their plan to get everything fitted with the timeframe. They covered our floors, radiators and furniture to protect them, and when they finished for the day everything was left spotless, it was as if they had never been here.

The final finish is amazing and has transformed our home. The service we received has been second to none and was totally stress free. I can not rate Advanced Windows highly enough.

Delighted with our new triple glazed bay windows. John & Paul did a stellar job replacing the old single glazed ones. Also very good communication throughout the process with Nicola, who secured us a competitively priced product and helped every step along the way. Very happy with the complimentary plaster touch up service from Scott too, and pleasant dealings with Gordon regarding finance. I highly recommend this company and if we need more glazing done on the house, they'll be the first point of call for us. A very satisfied customer.

We recently had new windows and a bifold door installed by Advanced Windows, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

From the very start, James, our sales representative, was absolutely fantastic. There was no pressure to buy, unlike other companies we’d spoken to who tried to push us into signing on the spot. Instead, James invited us to visit the showroom at a time that suited us, where we could take our time viewing the products and exploring all the options available.

We had a particular look in mind, and during our visit to the warehouse with James, we found exactly what we wanted. The whole process felt relaxed, honest, and professional, so we decided to go ahead. The turnaround time was excellent, less than three weeks from order to installation.

When the installation day arrived, John and Kieran, the fitters, turned up exactly as planned. Before starting any work, they introduced themselves and took great care to protect our home, covering furniture and flooring, and applying carpet film wherever they would be walking.
Throughout the installation, their attention to detail, politeness, and respect for our home were exceptional.

The job took three days, and at the end of each day the team tidied up thoroughly, leaving everything spotless. The final result is simply amazing, the new windows and bifold door look outstanding.

We used to have to put masking tape around our old windows in winter to stop the draughts, but now the difference is instant and incredible.

We’ve even had neighbours stop by to compliment how good everything looks, and people have slowed down outside to take photos!

Overall, the service from start to finish has been outstanding, and we can’t recommend Advanced Windows highly enough.

I had windows/door installed a couple of years ago and they are still doing their job! Sales guy was brilliant and when I had a small issue there were no questions, they just came out and fixed it. Would absolutely recommend Adavance.

Had our French doors fitted by Advanced and from start to finish everything was excellent. Wullie did the installation for us and when he left you never would've even known he'd been there... so tidy and professional. Had to phone up to get the doors adjusted slightly and Debbie in customer care was brilliant and sorted everything for us. Highly recommend

Have used them before and would use them again. Highly recommended.

Bought windows for the front of my house 3 years ago and was very happy with them, they developed a fault on the window sills and I called to have them rectified it couldn't have been easier 1 call and an email to the company with pictures and absolutely no problem getting them fixed, 1 week later as expert fitter was at my house repairing them, after sales service was second to none and I will be getting an estimate to replace all the windows at the back when I can afford them 👍🏿

Had 2 lads from Advanced fit new windows in and they done excellent job.
They also went extra mile for me and fitted a cowl over my airbrick as I didn't have the equipment to do it myself.
Will definitely contact them again for when I'm ready to get new doors.
