Superior Product and Superior Service
Ordered a high end magnetic glassboard and it arrived damaged - clearly happened during shipping. These things happen - however - the process to remediate was one of the best I have ever seen. I had a brand new one literally in 24 hours. There was close customer contact all the way and never any quibbling. Simply superior service. Phil was phenomenal ! And the product is best in class - Nobo.

This was the very best service I have ever had with an online purchase. Delivery of a shredder to my address outside Edinburgh in a little over 24 hours and with no delivery charge at that.

I ordered a pro24 Rotatrim
I ordered a pro24 Rotatrim. It arrived next day - I hadn’t paid the extra - and there was a problem with it. I rang and explained and the next day a second was delivered and the damaged one collected. Absolutely first class service.

Ordered Fellowes 62mc shredder recommended by Which? and was not disappointed. Machine arrived days earlier than initially indicated and was at the most competitive price available. Kudos to The Warehouse for its pricing and service.

Earlier this year I was looking for a shredder and found this website, the prices were excellent and service / delivery was unquestionable, my mother wanted a replacement for her shredder that was not performing as it should, she wanted the same as ours and I ordered it for her, once agin the same excellent service was given, I would have no hesitation purchasing from this company and I recommend them 100%.
E mail replies received were from a gentleman whose name was Phil Taylor , his replies to any questions are prompt and courteous, what more could I ask for ?
The shedders I purchased were Fellowes 450M ( does the job perfectly for home personal use ) .

New Laminator…
Having searched around to replace my existing very old Laminator, i asked The Warehouse for some advice, they promptly asked me 5/6 questions to which i gave the answers. They came back with 2 suggestions and i bought the more expensive one, the GBC Fusion 5000L A3 High Speed Heavy Duty Laminator It arrived when they said it would.

The right company to deal with!
Having struggled to find a source of a better quality, small office use paper shredder my search ended with a Fellowes Powershred 62MC.
Finding The Warehouse.com gave me the best price, plus an extra discount against an old "Promo", so I ordered it at 06.45 on Thursday, 13th August.
Duly received at 13.45 on Friday, 14th August, 150+ miles away. It's in perfect working order and already "shredding away"!
Super systems; super prices and unbeatable service.
I know where I'll start my search for similar products in future.

Ordered a Fellows shredder which promptly arrived. Unfortunately there was a problem and it wasn't working. Rang them up and they immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent without any fuss or hassle. couldn't fault the service received.
