The Outpost Omdömen

I had an absolutely brilliant experience with the outpost, both with their Reload scheme offering a very reasonable price for my excess Warhammer and then ordering some new stuff to build! Their customer service was incredible when Royal Mail misdelivered my parcel and I fully intend to shop here again. If I'm ever in Sheffield in person, I'll be certain to drop in!

Delivered product to me efficiently and I am satisfied with the product.

Great company I had one brush a kolinsky it had a slightly bent tip during transit I gave them a photo and they sent me a new one the following day I’ll never get a brush from another company again 5 stars thank you to the outpost team for a great service

Fantastic company, recently got an order delivered on time and packaged really well. There was weekly updates with it being a preorder which was very helpful and everything was top notch.

Would definitely recommend!

Spoke with a lady at Outpost contact number (can't remember her name sorry) lovely person, helpful, kind and did everything she could to ensure that my sons order of 40k kill team arrived on time after I messed up delivery option. Top notch service.

10/10. Pre-ordered with this store and the contact was second to none. Weekly updates on my order, arrived well packaged the day after dispatch. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Great service.
Arrived on time.
Great quality derlivery.
Customer for life.

Order came quickly and in good condition. No complaints and got exactly what I wanted. Good Service!

Great experience buying this item from The Oupost. Easily able to select what I wanted and pre-order it when it went live. Delivered to my door the day it was released. They helped me to change the details on my order after Google pay messed up the address, and sent me confirmation of this. Best price for the miniatures online too.

Items have not delivered yet, despite paying for delivery, ordered on 08/05/25. It arrived out the scope of the time frame after being delivered to the wrong depo. This resulted in the parcel not being delivered on Saturday as expected but arrived late Monday afternoon.

Quick and efficient service. Received email when order was dispatched

The items arrived in good time and packed very well to protect them.

Kept up to date every step of the way. Will deffo buy buying more from The Outpost!

Very quick postage, good price and item as described.

Very pleased with this service from the out post . They informed me of progress of my order and that is good service I received my package today and very happy with it thank you

Have ordered via TheOutpost many times now, their customer service is fantastic, only issues I have ever had have been with Royal Mail with them losing my orders in my local depot, in those cases the outpost have sorted everything out for me.

Always very happy with dealing and buying from these lovely people! Cannot recommend them highly enough, 100% will continue purchasing from them.
