Well organized and client friendly
Very client orientated. Great, open and honest communication, also when there's any hiccups or issues (which can always happen in the world of aviation). The project manager was present in person upon departure. Also open to enhance the flight experience with extras or VIP items on board or before the flight. Flexible towards last minute changes.
