I'm customer of TextMagic for 6 years now. They have excellent service and awesome support.

Very easy to setup, seamless forwarding to your cell (including the ability to chat via text messages without disclosing your real number). Great service and integrations with Zapier

Inexpensive way to send texts to clients, especially for businesses who still have landlines. Nice to be able to set templates. An increasing number of our clients prefer to be contacted via Text to let them know their order is ready. The templates we have set let them know who it's from, their item(s) are ready, contact phone number and our hours. We also have a reminder and one with holiday hours/closure templates set. App works on our Tablets, seems to update without problems. We receive monthly usage reports. Would recommend it without reservation to other businesses looking for another way to reach out to their customers/clients.

We have been using TextMagic desktop app since 2003 on a daily basis. As a servicing company we would be lost without it. It is stable and easy to use. I can highly recommend.

Have looked at many texting options to try to figure out how to do what I need. So far this has been by far the most user friendly, really outstanding support helping get up and going as i've never used anything like this before. I also appreciate the no contract, pay as you go arrangement. So far very pleased with this application.

Your carrier will soon block messages from their system and they have no fix.

I still have a balance, but because of bad service that money is gone. They probably will not put up this review.

Text magic is a very important tool for Total Home Experts.

Third time not so lucky - I was referred to TextMagic via a friend who currently uses the platform. After 2 failed attempts to speak to someone I was advised that no one was able to take my call and that I could not be placed on hold - Our business manages European marketing campaigns on behalf of 12 major brands, very odd.
