Ticket for food was not processed had to ask to get them to put it through 29 minutes later and then the panini ham was cold not even cooked and table was sticky and uncleaned having to wipe it ourse... Se mer

The food was very poor
The food was very poor, and took a long time to come out. Bowling was fun, but otherwise the quality of food is not good compared to the price you pay.

The bowling was great fun
The bowling was great fun, the pool tables however are wonky, dont have enough space and need new cues.

The staff are very helpful and can’t do enough for you. Nice and clean. Only thing is a bit of a wait at the bar and if u playing bowling then everyone has to wait till u get back.

Refused entry without adult
Booked for my son in advance. Door security told him and a friend they couldn’t enter without an adult.
No such thing mentioned on booking and he has been before without one. Afternoon ruined.

Was told I had to pay walk in price to add people to my lane that I booked online?? Was told you don’t do student discount when it says on your website you do and management was rude. Not a great experience tbh.
