Bowling was good
Bowling was good, clean and well kept, nice variety in the arcade. Food was as you'd expect but priced appropriately.
Kareoke room was fun

The service was good.
It was easier to book this time, not complicated as before, because I even been charged twice before for one booking.
We are allowed to request for a lane we want.
The place was clean, specially the toilets.

A Good Afternoon out
Staff were helpful and facilties (bowling lanes and interactive dart boards) were well maintained. Prices are reasonable.

The decor in there is cool and adds to the fun. Redditch has needed something like this for so long. Go and use it!

Visited on April 25th as a birthday…
Visited on April 25th as a birthday treat. Having booked in advance I annoyed that our lane was being used by another party as over spill. I had to search for a member of staff to get us moved. We were there 15 mins before the booking, as requested on the booking email, whilst waiting for our party to arrive a member of staff came over with the food we had ordered. I explained it was too early and we were waiting for others. She just left the food and went to walk off!! I had to get her back to take the food away and explained we would prefer it after the game.
All in all a nice place but the staff etc are just teenagers who are just following a ‘tick box’ step by step on what to do. Which isn’t great when you are paying over £100 for an hours bowling and a few chicken nuggets
