I have yet to see the phone/sim in action for my trip to France/Netherlands, but if it's easy out-of-the-box set-up with both a North American and global number are any indication, I am confident to have no troubles. I did a bunch of online research and kept coming back to Telestial not only because of their competitive rates and customer service reviews, but they were repeatedly recommended at travel site after travel site. Looking forward to using this little nugget!

I used Telestial because it had the best reviews and there was a nano sim option (iPhone 5) included. Other companies tacked on extra fees. If you get the Explorer Sim, it's only $7 for the sim and a $20 credit. Shipping wasn't too expensive either. Happy with my purchase.

After a thorough research of SIM cards for international travel, I ordered Telestial's Explorer. I liked that all the information I could possibly need was online, at my fingertips. Competitively priced, the card arrived quickly and went straight into my old unlocked iPhone4. Set-up was a breeze, and the iPhone TravelApp is really user friendly. I love having two phone numbers available. Bought a medium data bundle to go, and I cant wait to use it all in Europe. (Kicking myself for not having ordered the Telestial SIM sooner so I could have sent the phone and card with my daughter to Panama earlier this summer!)

I have used other international SIMs while traveling, but Telestial is the absolute best I have used. Easy ordering, quick delivery, clear and simple instructions, and great customer service. The companion app makes it super easy to keep track of charges and recharge my account.

Hands down Telestial is the way to keep in touch while traveling overseas. I've cycled all over Europe and have yet to be someplace without service. And with so many options they offer, there is something for any budget or needs. Kudos!

This is a good deal when yo travel abroad. My experience in Spain is that it is easier and cheaper tha trying to get s SIM card there. Great for unlocked phones!

Telestial offers great and affordable communications products for travelers. Our family always uses their "explorer sim card" service in our cellphones when we travel overseas. We stay in touch with family in business easily and an affordable rate. I did a lot of research and chose Telestial since most other companies charge outrageous amounts for roaming and data service while traveling abroad.

This was my first global phone purchase and the website made it simple. It was the ease of the website that sold me on the company. The phone package we bought was the cheapest plan, but will work great for our purpose. And uploading more time on the card appears to be easy as well, directly from the phone. Though to be fair, we've not used the phone yet as we've not gone on our trip yet. But I'm confident that it will go smoothly.

I went to Cameroon and I needed an efficient way to communicate with family in the United States. The ekit 4C Dual SIM+Passport Sim Card was a great deal and worked exactly as expected and allowed me to keep in touch at all times.

I ordered a JT Hotspot & Telestial SIM card. Had to call customer service to answer some of my dumb questions and service was excellent.
