Quality gone down hill fast
Bought t-shirts from them over 10 years ago. T's faded but design still in place. Last order I made £250+ the designs started to peel after the 1st wash. Back and forth with customer services and condescending replies telling me I had washed them wrong. Their answer, buy more bad quality prints and we'll give you a discount. Simple answer is they were not printed/heat pressed properly. Late review as wore one recently I wanted to preserve and print peeling off before even washing. Annoyed all over again.
Update: Your response adds no value, its information I already stated. Your answer was I washed them wrong, some hadn't been washed and doesnt explain items bought 10 years ago. Your option meant me spending more money for poor quality items. You could not admit responsibility simple.

Everything on your end works well
Everything on your end works well. Although I haven't received the shipment since you started using DHS.. it's taking them 4 days to get the shipment to USPS to deliver to me. If it was just given to USPS it would have been here already.
I'm sure the shirt quality will be up to par once they do arrive.
