Our Tea Runners package came, and my son and I were so excited to open it. The packaging is so beautiful. I love all the information that comes on each pouch...the steeping time, how much tea to use, where it originates, and the amount of caffeine. There's sooo much tea in each box, and each of them were so yummy! Thanks, Tea Runners!

I really wanted to give a 5 star…
I really wanted to give a 5 star review, because I was extremely happy with my first subscription box. The teas were delightful and provided more servings than I expected. However, there was no timely notice for my 2nd box in which to make customized choices of the tea selection. I spent a lot of time trying to get to the customization -- and then was only able to change one of the teas. So, sadly I was disappointed about that.

Hi Sharon, we always announce next month's teas on the 25th of the month. Customization is open until the 1st. We send out emails and announcements on social media that customization is open!
Fantastic first box
I switched to Tea Runners Subscription box from another company's and so far I am very impressed! All of the teas in our first box were delicious and if there are natural flavors added they are just the right amount.

Consistently impressed by the quality…
Consistently impressed by the quality of my Pure Box subscription. It is a nice assortment of better known and lesser known premium teas. I recommend it highly! The option to customize the box is a great feature- easy, and builds even more excitement for the upcoming box.

New subscription
New subscription, received order promptly and well packaged. I did get a duplicate of one of the teas but with an email to customer service was able to get the tea that had been missing within a couple days. Super helpful and very pleased with everything so far. Thanks!

With its subscription packages, I think Tea Runners finds exactly the right balance: I'm able to both find new teas and new blends and flavors, but also choose ones that I know I already love. I have really enjoyed my subscription.
