I enjoyed taking Myeasha's class. She was informative on all parts that she taught me. She was fast pace, clear, and concise. I will be taking her next class as well.

Myeasha Pruitt was knowledgeable and did a great job of setting us up for success. She answered all our questions and went above and beyond by staying later to make sure we are prepared.

The program was easy to follow and learn things that you made have forgotten or haven’t learned

The professor did great work explaining and going over every section. It helps me review all the math material I need to know before taking the exam. However, she seemed to rush through the problem due to time. She went so fast on some questions that I couldn't get everything in my note. But overall, I was glad to be able to join her math class.

Fast-paced and informative. The instructor gave us good strategies and insights to help us prepare for the test.

Sharon was amazing! I really feel like she provided me with useful tips and information on how to attack all aspects of the RICA exam especially the short response and case study. Not only did she provide me with tips but also took the time to allow us to write the responses and then read them aloud to receive appropriate feedback. I was definitely able to see a growth in my written responses! Thank you, Sharon!

Sharon McCreight was a brilliant instructor. She took the mystery out of the RICA Exam. I was trying to prepare myself to take the exam, but what she made abundantly clear was I was on the wrong track. She streamline my process and laid a path to attack the Essay question with the knowledge of what RICA was expecting in our knowledge of how to teach reading using the Domains purposes as our guides. Truly one of the most productive classes I have ever had!!!!!!!

Sharon was a wonderful teacher and helped prepare me extensively on the written RICA exam. I feel confident that I can continue studying and looking at what Sharon showed me to hopefully pass my upcoming test!

I have taken my RICA two times before using teachers test prep. I passed on my third try thanks to this program. Sharon made the content very easy to understand and helped me improve my writing. I would recommend it to anyone!

I feel Karen could have gone over the case study in more detail, along with the essays. She spent way too much time of the questions.

I have taken their class for the RICA and multiple subject subset I. I had taken the multiple subject test multiple times without success. After taking the course I was able to pass the test. I had taken the RICA once without success and then passed after taking the course.
The instructor Sharon for the RICA class was amazing! I just received my results and I did really well! She is very thorough. After taking her course I was confident when taking the RICA. If you’re struggling with any tests I would recommend investing the money. Good luck!

Videos are somewhat monotonous and made me sleepy. More creative or energetic videos would help a lot

I came across several mistakes which caused me to have to watch the video repeatedly to determine that it was, indeed, a mistake. It should have been reviewed by another subject area specialist. When I have time I will submit them.
Aside from that, no complaints.

I passed on the first try after taking the CSET Math subtest 1 course

I am mixed about this review, mainly because I ended up not passing the CSET General Science exam. (This is historically difficult to pass.) However, I am giving this more stars because the content presented by Teacher's Test Prep was incredibly cohesive, well-explained, and certainly worth the money for any other test you may need. I felt adequately prepared for the exam with all the scientific knowledge and reasoning my little brain could handle! In spite of that, this particular CSET exam required extensive, deeper knowledge of scientific concepts. I felt that all of my test prep services only scratched the surface of the immense depth of the content that was actually on the test.
That being said, I will return here for my RICA and still wholeheartedly recommend this service. (I WILL retake the CSET General Science, because I am a stubborn little thing!)

Used the 2 week course to cram for me last CSET. Passed it on the first try. Highly recommend. Will use their prep again for the RICA.

This review is for multi-subject CSET prep -
I can only imagine how much more useful these courses would have been in person, but Todd definitely knows his stuff and made these courses a pleasure to take.

A will say, just based on my own learning style, I am someone how got amazing results from the core videos, too. They allowed me to go at my own pace, take notes, pause, rewind, etc. You don't get the Q & A feedback of a live instructor, but the amount of info in them is amazing.

Just a note for people who don't feel like they're getting the most out of these courses - they are a tool in your bag just like a study book, or flash cards, or independent research. Do NOT expect to sit back, take some Zoom classes and pass the tests. You have to Take copious notes, re-read the notes, make flash cards, test yourself, etc to stand a chance.

If you put in the effort, you'll pass the CSETs NO problem.

I felt the prep was better than other online services over all. The teaching portion was excellent. Each section well organized and to the point. I thought some of the practice tests asked questions about more difficult concepts that didn't actually appear that much on the test (CBEST), such as thematic and style questions in the english portion. But I was happy to have had a thorough review of extrapolating conclusions. I learned the most about fractions, which I was very rusty on and I though the instructor did a nice job of simplifying. I did very well on my test, my overall score on english and math was 134. I did not take the writing prep and only barely passed with a 41, so that tells you something about how good your prep course was. (I have serious issues with formulaic grading for writing samples-but that's my issue!)
